Room view is ok. 1. Originally booked a room with a balcony, arrived at the hotel - double checked with front desk if I am getting a balcony. First answer is a NO, turned out they didn’t know what balcony is. So end up with no balcony. 2. 11:36pm, called and went down to front desk to ask for forks as we wanted to try some Korean cup noodle - Answer is a NO, their restaurant closed, can’t access to restaurant or anywhere. Asked me to go to Convenience store to buy forks at a windy night in winter. Fork is so not common! The only thing here is the view. That’s all!

We stayed here for 3 nights on the 6th floor, which offers us an unobstructed sea view. Check in/check out was fuss free; staff were polite and generally, everything was great. Would love to return to Dyne someday :)

The room does come with a beautiful sea view at the balcony. Room and bathroom are spacious. The spa tub is next to the large panel window so you get a good sea view. The decor felt very old school and the furnishings seemed raw, like a renovation work being rushed to meet deadline. The curtains were stained at the base, balcony had no space to walk around as the the 2 sun beds took up almost 90 percent of the space. When we arrived, there was a strong smoke smell on the floor our room was located and we could see little smoke on the floor as well. Unsure of the situation and since the smoke was totally unbearable, we had no choice but to quickly leave our room and report the possibility of fire to the front desk. Later at the front desk we only found out that the hotel had arranged to smoke the pipes and created this inconvenience! How unfortunate for us so we had to leave the hotel right after we have checked in to stay away from the smoke. Service is good and theres ample parking space. Conveniently there is twosome place coffee located on the ground floor and starbucks next door. Overall it is definitely a 3.5 to 4 star hotel, conveniently located with a beautiful view…

We booked this last minute whilst on a cycling trip around Jeju. The hotel is really easy to find, right on the Shore Road. The staff speak English well. The room was very comfortable and clean and our bathroom had a nice big bath too. There's a great BBQ restaurant just up the road with live music so it was really convenient. Surprising features: The rooftop bar has a DJ and a transparent pool! Have never seen this before but people clearly enjoyed it. The basement LP bar is cool inside but the way there is a bit miserable, and the music is not blues and jazz, as advertised, but rather Western pop. Overall, we were so pleased to find this place.
