My Korean friend recommended this hotel because they recently renovated their buffet. One day I didn’t have time to go to a breakfast so my friend and I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The price was 20,000 won, which is around $18. My friend was able to get a 10% citizen discount for both of us! They might have a different discount for guests, idk. It was a very clean and simple hotel breakfast buffet- they had warm soups, salads, cereals, fruits and breads. They also had some Korean food, my favorite was the beef one. If that was all they offered I wouldn’t give a full 5-stars but they also had a cook-to-order section for breakfast!!! I got a hot waffle with a bacon and omelet. It was sooo tasty! The Korean style noodle dish my friends got was also really yummy. Overall, I really like their food- it was not too salty or too bold. It was a delicious, simple, and tasty meal. I would love to revisit to try dinner next time.…

a dramatic excellent service... My daughter left her brown teddy bear pillow with sentimental value as it was a gift. NOEL is a good employee facilitated the return to us even if we are already at the airport. Over all nice rooms, great place and excellent hotel staff.

Stayed in a twin bedroom, overall is good. Hotel staff is polite. Received KRW 25K voucher for casino used. Hotel is near to the walking street area which can buy Korea brand cosmetic products and surrounded by few convenient stores.

This hotel is very near from the airport, it takes less than 10 min by taxi. Very clean and service staff is so kind. The room is larger than I think, and the room is well equipped this everything I need for my business trip. Especially, the prepared Jeju Island orange tea was very good to relive the tiredness of the day. And also breakfast was good and I enjoyed sweet potato and fresh fruit. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Jeju Island. 이 호텔은 공항에서 매우 가깝습니다. 택시로 10분내외 걸립니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 객실은 생각보다 크고, 출장으로 온 제가 필요로하는 것들이 모두 구비되어 있었습니다. 특별히 객실에 있는 말린귤차? 는 하루의 피로를 씻기에 매우 좋았습니다. 조식또한 다양하고 특별히 조식으로 먹는 고구마가 좋았으며 과일들도 모두 신선했습니다 다음에 제주도에 다시 방문하면 꼭 숙박하고 싶습니다. 가족들과 와도 매우 좋을 것 같습니다.

What an experience I had on my first visit to Jeju! To start, the stay at Sun hotel was amazing and everything I could have wished for on a budget. I stayed 2 nights 3 days at Sun hotel. It was first time visiting Jeju so I wasn’t sure about hotel location. So I called them to guide me, I Guess front dest staff pick up the phone, They guided me kindly even though I called them several times. Finally I reached hotel I felt warm welcome. Hotel room was well cleaned and cozy. I requested for wine glasses and Fan. They sent them immediately. It doesn’t take very long time. Comparing with other hotel Fantastic location, friendly staff, cosy room. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to see this beautiful island in its full splendour. I’ll be back for sure!

Efficient service, nice rooms and clean, free wifi, delicious breakfast buffet, good location, English speaking front desk personnel, Casino and F&B. coffee shop at the lobby is nice too. Shopping area is all over near the Hotel.Will definitely stay again.

Me and my wife flew from Toronto to attend our good friends wedding last October 12. We were blown how good the food and service was! chicken salad is a must have! and for sure you will love their desert station! the event hall was impressive, looks very classy and modern, it will set a perfect mood on every occasion. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they make sure the buffet table is always prepared. i will definitely come back to this place if i’ll be in the island again! highly recommended!

We are from New Zealand and we visited here with my little family for a holiday and I would say it did not disappoint! Love the interiors of the hotel and the overall aesthetic and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy. Lots of room for the kids to enjoy. I would only comment on the amenities needing improvement i.e the coffee/tea station but otherwise it is a fantastic set up with everything you need! Bathrooms need to be a bit bigger as well .We however appreciate the shuttle service and with a great location, you could walk out the door and find local restaurants and spots to hang out. We also love the friendliness of the staff at the Casino and we had a blast there. My first time going into a casino! I would especially like to commend and thank the staff and head of the food and beverage department. The breakfast buffet is superb and could not have asked for better hospitality!Lots of yummy variety of food to choose from.
