Room is clean, average sized but stuffy and triggers my allergies. Just found out I can request for fan for ventilation. Aircon cannot be use due to winter. The carpark is rather small. Only 2-3 slots left when I reached around 8:30pm today. The lots are small too so be cautios if you are renting a huge car. From the 2nd level to exit, noticed many scratches on the wall. Now to the boring part of staying here. 20K Won for gym and sauna use. (No list of equipments available or layout of gym available). I've been to hotels that did provide a complimentary one time use for guest. Allowing guest to know what they expect for paying on the next use. Shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste are chargeable. Not the hotel's fault that the Shilla DFS is open 4hrs (2pm to 6pm) a day with limited selection and the nearest Anytime Fitness is closed . Making the stay here underwhelming.

Hotel is located 10-15mins from airport by car. Hotel shuttle bus only operating for 3 timing so not very guest friendly if you're arriving in between the schedule. Hotel is close proximity to shopping street. Rooms are dated not really worth its price, but its service made up for it. The concierge team are very friendly and helpful, as we are a group of 8 inclusive of 2 children with lots of luggages. 2nd time staying here in 4 years, nothing much have changed other than its lobby. It used to be quite empty. PS: if you lost 1 room card its 5000won.

아기와 첫 여행왔는데 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데도 고경수 지배인님께서 직접 체크인 진행과 룸 준비 확인을 도와주시는등 배려를 많이 해주셨습니다. 레노베이션도 많이 되어서 전에 왔을때보다 시설이 많이 좋아진게 눈에 보입니다. Its my first trip with my baby, and although we arrived a bit earlier than the regular check in time, mr.Ko was kind enough to check the room status and help us with early check in, which made things much more convenient. The lobby renovation also seems to have changed the overall atmosphere for the better since I came here last. The service level is right up there along with 5 star hotels towards the junhmun district of jeju, and the excellent dining facilities are definitely a point of differentiation from other nearby hotels.

The hotel was nice though not worthy of a 5-star. Staff lacks English but still helpful and plaisant to deal with. The big let down was the pool and gym. I’ve never stayed at a « 5-star » hotel where you are charged extra for using their pool or gym. Feels inappropriate for this caliber of hotels.

I am writing this review as I needed attention and follow-up after my stay. I did not get a copy of my invoice after checking out and realised it when I was putting in my expenses claims for business travel. Well, after you have checked-out, you will be totally ignored. My stay was May 17 to 19 Emailed them on May 23 of my request - no reply Called the hotel on May 26, they asked for all the info related to the booking, and said that they will email it to be. May 30 - still no response Since I am writing this review, I should also share my first time experience staying with them. Rooms - beds comfortable, room is clean but dated and tired, Towels were worn and needs refreshed, but they were clean Front desk - friendly seemed to be in a rush, except those at the graveyard shift as it is quite a large hotel, a lot more patient. Concierge - the junior team members had more initiative and was ready to engage and help the guests. The seniors service levels were far from decent, they serve grudgingly. Restaurant - as its a big hotel, the volume of guest they have to manage is huge, kudos to them, they are efficient. Beware that there was a huge crowd that builds up queuing for the restaurant to open at 7am for breakfast. Conclusion: I won't be returning

We stayed at premium double room including breakfast for 2nights. Outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately we couldnt use it due to typhoon... Breakfast is great. (As far as I know breakfast buffet "Samdajung" is well known for valuable buffet in Jeju) With its location, close to the airport, it is okay to stay. You can easily enjoy cvs and cafe at the hotel lobby. Willing to visit Masion Glad next time again.

Toothbrush in room must pay. First time I stay hotel must pay. Room big and clean. Toilet small so business difficult. Carpark free lucky but come back early 8f want lot. Hotel in central but actually far frm any attractions

Terrible. Just don't stay here. Fitness center scam, reaks of cigarette smoke, least friendly staff. Won't do anything to help you. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Customer service is complicated by the fact that no one we spoke with appeared to comprehend English. If you read any of the comments by the hotel on reviews here, they simply copy and paste the same statement over and over. And they make no efforts to change anything as we experienced the same things many critical reviews posted from years ago. When we first arrived 15 minutes before checkin time, the doorman refused to even pick up our bags "because you are here before checkin". That was our first impression and sadly was a sign of things to come. The check-in desk also refused to help, and there are no seats in the lobby. Even a Holiday inn Express has seats in the lobby When we checked in they informed us that access to the gym is $20 per person per entry. Worse, no matter how many times and different ways we tried explaining to them that we were expecting this (and the hotels.com page said nothing about the charge) and paid for this, they wouldn't fold and never offered any way to make it right. They seemed to think that offering us $10 per person per entry was a major compromise for them. They also told us "if we didn't charge everyone would use the gym!" ... That's not our problem- something was promised and it wasn't delivered. They kept telling us to call our "travel agency" and we had to figure it out with them. It didn't matter to them that they have complete control over how they appear on this website. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, we awoke to a smoky hallway. Seems that guests here think that no smoking in the room means they can smoke right outside the room. Please don't book here. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with people who could care less about failing to meet stated expectations. This is the first time reviews on hotels.com weren't true to the actual experience of staying.

Hotel Room Room wasn't spacious but was told most of the stuff in room chargeable. Winter period won't have any air-cond need to open window but beware of mosquitoes. Hotel Breakfast Overall the food is good. Not much variety but consider have some quality ... Got salmon, abalone porridge etc...

We were disappointed in a few things. The first thing was our room. On checking in, I spoke to the gentleman at the counter and chatted to him, mentioned that we are here for a special occasion for my Wife (which I mentioned in the booking a few months earlier as well), and looking forward to spending it at this hotel. When we got to our room, even though I booked a Queen/King room for us, we were given a room with two single beds in it! I immediately went down to reception, and told them my issue and that it was not appropriate and I want the room I prepaid for. They had no spare rooms free for that night, with the promise of moving us the following day for the remining 2 nights into a room with a double bed. I tired and tried, but they were apparently fully booked and we had to have the room with two single beds the first night. What also annoyed me greatly was that when I was going through this issue with the checking in staff, it seemed like that they didn’t care – No empathy was shown at all, and it was like I was an inconvenience to them. And no other was made to compensate the problem and our missing out of paying for the privilege of a double room for the first night – Not even a free breakfast or room credit – Unbelievable. I know other hotels brands in the world, at least own the problem, realising their error and compensate for it. Once again, we felt that they didn’t care. Also, the Pool was closed as well, so anther inconvenience as the weather was nice and it would have been great to have a swim in the sun. Looks great in their main picture of the hotel. This was another point that sold us on this hotel.
