Jeju Island is one of our favorite place in Korea but this hotel ruined our part of this trip. There was smoking coming from the bathroom and it's a no smoke hotel! Hotel staff need should prevent this! More terrible issue is the mosquito problem. They providing mosquito spray in the room and we could not sleep well from the mosquitos.

Pros: - Convenient Location, e.g. 5 Minutes Walking Distance to the nearest attractions - Double Double Beddings in Korean's Hotel - Equipped with a Paid Sauna in Basement Level Cons: - No Toiletries when staying at Presidential Suite. I needed a toothbrush please - Poor Safety and Security - I asked the staff to open the door for me. The staff opened the door for me without checking my identity - Dirty Towels - Carpets with Bugs Please dont call it as a presidential suite!

Hotel is simply good. Clean and basic. Personnel in the lobby helpless for any info on transportation etc, but you have internet to do your own homework. Not sure if I would return. Breakfast was good, although the man in charge seemed to control what people ate ( buffet style).

I stayed at this hotel in late May. It is a great location as the hotel is within walking distance of the black port street, Dongmun market, Jungang underground shopping arcade and sushi restaurants near the ferry terminal. Our package did not include breakfast and we tried it on our last day of stay, it was not great and costed KRW10,000 per person. I would suggest having breakfast at one of the restaurants inside the shopping arcade. Regarding the room itself, the central air conditioning is not that great as we can't feel air coming out from the vents, we ended up opening all the windows. it is fine in late May as it is still not that hot. But I would imagine this will be a problem during the real hot summer months.

We settled for Starz as we will need to be at the airport which is nearby. Good location. Take a walk to the right of the hotel and you see interesting bridges that are lighted up after sunset. Many eateries. As we walked along the beach, we saw a lighthouse (I love lighthouses). The wind was very strong but it was lovely. Interesting structures in the seafront. Head towards black pork street for a good meal after this. Room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Wifi is not great.

Hotel only provide water and there is no coffee or tea. Housekeeping only during certain hours. There is a nearby convenience store near hotel 24 x 7. Hotel not far from airport and cost about 5000 won to airport. Staff speak passable Korean accented English. Ask staff to book taxi for you if going to airport. Bring your own toiletries or buy it from the convenience store

Great location very close to interesting sites and the bus to the airport in the morning just across the road. We were allocated a very quiet room, which although a little worn (could do do with a new carpet and a lick of paint), was perfectly good for the price paid. We were able to relax in the room for abit and altho it was initially quite hot the air con did kick in over the night.

Helpful staff, good location and easy to move around. The room for 3 person was big and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had basic western food (toast, cereals, scrambled eggs) and a selection of Korean dishes.Breakfast area was spacious enough. Overall good hotel for a few nights stay.

Pleasant services, room and amenities were adequate for us. The reason we picked this hotel at the first place is because of its location. It's walking distance to the Black pork street, underground shopping street and also the local market. It is also not too far from the airport, approximately 10 minutes drive.

Average, for short-stays kind of hotel. The location is very convenient. Direct access to an underground shopping mall just a minute away from hotel entrance. There is a free water dispenser (hot & cold) at the corridor.
