We stayed 4 nights, and the value was apparent compared to other Lotte hotels. The corner room was large compared to the Lotte Hotel Busan. The breakfast was just wonderful with custom noodle soup, dim sum, and so many other items that 4 breakfasts were not very repetitive. The staff was attentive and helpful. The concierge service is on the ground level, while the lobby is on the fourth floor. In between are floors for Duty Free store. There aren't many relevant tourist-related shops and restos nearby. I liked Mega Coffee and Red Bean Bakery. The clerk at Paris Baguette was aloof and unhelpful. Restos outside of the hotel are at least 10 min away. The fabulous seafood buffet at Samdajeong was amazing but difficult to find (Maison Glad Hotel). In general, we had a nice stay, and the island of Jeju is a must.…
We stayed at this hotel in Jeju island because of its central location . That was the good outcome of staying at this hotel for 4 nights as it provided a central base to visit Jeju Island . Other then that , the hotel is considered rather basic for a 4 star hotel - they have removed free toothbrush/ tooth paste / razor blades supposedly to be more sustainable but to me, it was just cost saving as they also seem to remove some of the light bulbs in the light fixtures as well resulting in a much dinner room . Don’t think it is being sustainable but just cutting on costs. They even limited the water bottles to 2 a day and if asked for additional water bottles , they will not fulfill that request as they mentioned that each guest room only gets 2 bottles a day - and be happy with that or else ! Don’t bother ordering or including the breakfast as it is expensive and completely unworthy it with very basic dishes and fruit juices that are just cordial and coffee that only produces americano coffee . Won’t be using this hotel should I return to Jeju as it is not a good value hotel . As such I…
This hotel meets our need for the price, just doesn't has wow factor but it is really good enough if you are not looking for 5 star service. We enjoyed the hotel organised tangerine farm tour. it would be great if they have even more choices of tour. the room is ok, location is ok too. keep up the good work!
The staff were polite and professional. The room was spotlessly clean. There was a small fridge inside a cupboard - did not work well. Complimentary tea/coffee the most limited I have ever seen. A couple of sachets of instant coffee The room didn't have hot water. I wasted a couple of hours upon arrival to change rooms. The front desk were polite but simply didn't believe me at first. There was the same situation with the fridge and unacceptable tea/coffee with the new room. There is basement parking if you have a hire car and an outside pool. However, the hotel had limited facilities. The top floor restaurant is open for breakfast for 19,000 won person ($17 USD). It was OK. Then it is only open again in the evening up to 10pm as a bar serving drinks and snack type food. There is nowhere to relax in the hotel or get a cup of coffee in the daytime. The hotel is located in a busy urban area with nothing to see or do and traffic is congested at peak times. I would recommend staying at one of the many hotels on the sea front in Geonip-dong area of Jeju city. Many restaurants - famous 삼겹살 pork barbecue street & Sashimi seafood street. Relaxed and comfortable for the tourist visitor. In summary, staying at the hotel feels like you are in a business meeting. The staff were polite and the hotel is very clean. But I do not recommend staying there as a tourist. It was my choice this time to stay there and I don't think the hotel is at fault; it's just the type of hotel it is. …
we were with my family for vacation in may. not far from airport. great main city located in jeju there’s kind staff are very helpful rooms are small but quite clean and good view. good hotel for short trip.
We stayed here as a family for one night during early October 2019. The hotel is in a prime location, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Lotte Duty Free store right next door. We stayed in a Family Twin Room (mountain view), which was average sized, but sufficient for a short stay. Parking was also complimentary for our car hired from the airport. The rooftop pool had good city and airport views. However, it was quite windy and a bit too cool, so we didn't end up swimming there. Front desk staff was helpful, albeit with some slight communication challenges in English, but we did not experience any issues. They also proactively helped us completed the tax refund which was very generous. A nice short stay for our first Jeju trip last year.
Hotel is new. Unfortunately the staff missed daily cleaning. We had to remind the concierge for the room to be cleaned. A tad sub-par for a four-star hotel. Otherwise it would have been a comfortable stay. Location is good and free parking a bonus.
The location of this hotel was great (close to the airport and a quick walk to shops) and the room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities are great and free water bottles, tea, coffee are provided. We stayed four days and there were a few small things that were annoying (there's no good outlet near the table to plug in the kettle, there's no clock in the room, the chairs are so heavy it's impossible to move them out of the way), but all in all, everything was good. NOTE: The pool/hot tub photos are deceiving. It looks nice and big on their website but it's actually small and rundown, and there is no place to put your towels etc. You just have to throw all your stuff on the floor. There are no chairs or loungers to sit and relax. It's like they don't expect people to actually use the pool...…
Booked this hotel during my stay in jeju. Location wise it is beside the shopping mall. Also it is near bus stations which makes this hotel a good location. Service is good and hotel is clean. But this is also the first hotel I stayed that does not provide mineral water which I thought it is unusual.
Stayed here for 3 nights going to 4. It has been a pleasant stay with very conscientious housekeeping crew who maintained the room well. Hotel toiletries were restored without a fuss everyday. Only gripe is cotton buds were not given though the bath sponge was appreciated. The TV has decent range of cable programmes though most of them in Korean. Good reception. The door knob to the toilet actually dropped out but it was resolved speedily by the hotel's technical staff, done politely and without a tip. Has free parking with 4 basements of car parking. Do note they do not have bell service thus you will have to move your luggage up yourself. Located right next to Lotte Duty Free, it is also surrounded by shops and eateries like Paris Baguette. Not far from the airport, the hotel is also near major roads to other part of the island. Cost of room is reasonable. Will consider returning here next time.…
