A basic room with everything I needed for a short stay; we had a triple room for just the 2 of us and so we had a lot of space for our luggages. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a plug by the bedside for me to charge my phone. Lots of locals stay at this hotel too, so the breakfast buffet offered interesting Korean dishes which we enjoyed. Stayed here 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay overall.
I stayed there three days and I was happy with this hotel. It has a modern style and everthing have enough space. Importantly, it located near by a lot of local restaurant and comestic shops. They have umbrella for you if raining, but you have to deposit 10.000won.
I booked this hotel for 4 nights. When I walked in my hotel room (Room 915), I felt like I walked into a sauna. The room was so very warm even though I opened the window. A hotel manager came up and checked the air con, he said he couldn't do anything. He sent us an electric fan but we couldn't sleep because of the high temperature. The next morning, I noted that the guest in the room next to mine (Room 916) had checked out already. I walked into the room and the room temperature was normal. I asked if we could change to that room and the manager agreed but requested us to pack our stuff immediately. We then packed and left our luggages to the hotel's store room (as room 916 needed to be cleaned first) and went out. When we came back in the evening, we were told we couldn't stay in Room 916 as it was already occupied without explaining why. The hotel manager also said that the air con was centralized and it's the same for all the rooms at that time (because they switched the air con to heater already). We were so frustrated as we sacrificed our time and effort in the morning but in the end, we were still stuck with with a room which needed an electric fan. I will never stay in this hotel again or recommend it. …
The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Lots of shops, convenient store, coffee shops and restaurant around the hotel and they open quite late. You can spend the night shopping and eating around the hotel. Highly recommended!
I cannot comprehend how this hotel has such a high rating. It has little to offer aside from location. We arrived around 9am and couldn't check in until 2pm which was fine and understandable, although our reception was anything but warm. We found things to do in the area and when we returned to check in we were given the key to what was essentially a prison cell. A TINY "double" bed with one rickety bedside table, no separation between shower and toilet, and a small window that looked directly into a brick wall. After complaining we were moved (without so much as a sorry) to an only slightly better room, at least with a reasonably sized bed and a separate bath/toilet. Still our small window faced a wall with no view or natural light. We had prepaid online for the room, otherwise we would have relocated immediately. Thankfully we only paid for two nights so we will be staying in a different hotel for our final night on Jeju. Life tip: don't even bother with this place.…
One of the staff who speaks Chinese is very helpful by providing us with a map he created himself and show us where to find restaurants and shops. But the laundry room is not as well equip as other hotels I've stayed, and everything is written only in Korean, in the end, I gave up using the washing machine.
This hotel is still relatively new. But lots of China and Korean tourists. We booked through their website so we got a good rate and because they had a promo, we were given free breakfast. What surprised me was we got free upgrades to the Princess Room on the 9th floor for free. All 4 rooms. Thanks to the Front Office. The room I got was also a corner room and the room was really big. We had a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom was also spacious. So go for the Princess Room if you don't mind the pink concept which I thought would annoy me but nah I didn't. Breakfast was alright. Pretty much Korean food with also bread, butter and scrambled eggs for western likings. They also have a free laundry service room. No charges but you need to purchase the detergent from the gift shop. But the downside is their operational instructions are all in Korean and you need to approach front desk to ask them how to operate the machines. And this is the only hotel I come across so far that provides facial toner and essence in their toiletries. The location is just perfect! It's at the heart of Jeju new city. Which is like 10 mins to the airport and restaurants, shopping area and cafes are all a walking distance. One downside of this hotel is some of their Front Office staff is not friendly and unable to communicate in English. Or they understand but cannot reply. The service attitude needs to be polished. I would recommend this hotel for those visiting Jeju for the first time.…
We arrived after 8pm and had trouble locating the hotel and its carpark. There was no visible signage at the main road of the hotel. There was parking crunch around the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's carpark motorized parking system had only Korean operating instructions, making it difficult for non-natives to operate and had to engage lobby's staff for help. Stayed for 2 nights in Princess Deluxe room which was beautifully decorated in pink and white with mini chandelier. The room was cosy and beds were comfy. Etude house toiletries were provided in the bath. Hotel is conveniently located near dining spots, convenience stores and shopping streets which open til late. It is ~10 min drive to the airport and car rental companies. It would be more viable to drive as sights and attractions were a distance away.…
The location is near the shopping area and a lot of restaurant nearby. It takes 15 mins to airport. Its located centrally in Jeju and can travel to elsewhere conveniently. The hotel staff is very nice and can communicate with them in English and Putonghua.
The staff is so helpful and nice. The room is tidy and comfortable. And the location is good for shopping but far away from the scenery spots. But it is easy to get the bus stop to the jeju bus terminal.
