Our tour group stayed in this hotel coz it is close to the marathon starting point at Bomon Lake.
It is a antique hotel.
Big size room, but no closet so just don't know where to hang our coat?
Small bathroom, with no shower curtain!
Small kitchen, no microwave, with only a gas stove so you have to open the window while boiling water.
Small TV, but there are no batteries in the remote control.
Simple breakfast.

Old, dirty and needs renovation.
Size of the rooms are ok however it is all run down and very „used“.
We stayed there during a soccer tournament with our team. For that purpose it was fine.
Food was ok. There is also a small shop.
Spa was actually the best part of the hotel even it was also rather old at least it had all the necessary features e.g. Sauna, hot tube, large changing rooms...

Big old looking room that's far away from the elevator . Pillows smell like they have been used . No shower gel or shampoo . The towels are tiny . Air con works well. No WiFi in the room. . A convenience store near by that sells yummy ice cream .

The hotel is extremely old. Old key style with only one key available per room. I was located on the top floor. My room was large but very basic. I was in town watching a youth football tournament. The beds are hard. No glass ware in the room. When you showered, the toilet got wet as it was badly laid out and old. The bath towels are the size of our tea towel. My small deck was filthy with so many wasps outside I could not go out onto the deck. The staff are friendly, but the food not great. I received breakfast as part of my stay, which was horrible. Air conditioning worked but very noisy. There is a superstore downstairs that is well Stocked.
My recommendation, find somewhere else. I will never return.

I’m not sure what the word ‘Resort’ means in Korea but as I found out at the Kensington it does not mean that the hotel has a pool or a spa or a gym or nice restaurants or modern facilities or clean rooms etc etc. This place is old, dirty, smelly and in some places sticky. It’s not a hotel, it’s a gigantic guest house.

We went to the Ashley buffet restaurant in the resort. For 19K Won you can get all you can eat pork ribs - they were delicious!

We stayed in Korea for an extended time so we really enjoyed the break from the local food if you know what I mean.

They also have pizza, pasta, salad, ice cream, coffee and various sweet deserts.

For 3k more you can drink as much wine as you want but we did not try this.

This is not a hotel .... this is a prison. Ugly, old, dirty.... stay away! Definitely my poorest hotel/youth hostel/ guesthouse experience in the entire world. The smell was ugly and the room wasn’t clean. Leftovers sticked in the kitchen sink and on the floor.

It was the dirtiest hotel in my experience. Moreover, staffs are not friendly. I will never visit any other place related with this resort. I cleaned a room by myself with the attachment because it was too dirty when I arrived.

At the end of summer I could get a room of Kensingtom resort at Gyeongju with good price for family staying. The location is not perfect for walking to Bomum from resort, but it is very near to Bomum lake by car a few minutes.

Room is ok for 4 people, and insides are renovated with clean good beds, but outside building seems to be old style like late 1990 old apartment structure. In my room, air-conditioner was quite old with noise, and not so good, which need to be changed. We did cook a simple dishes in room at morning to avoid hassle for going breakfast outside.

It was good to stay one night for family with resonable budget.
