Stayed late last year, The rooms were spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The staff were nice enough however didn't really go out of their way. The breakfast was good both western and Korean however after the 5th day the same menu got a bit boring. Would have given this five stars but the lifts there are an issue, when...

Location is pretty good, about 300 meters to subway station Jakjeon, the bus stop is in 10 meters from entrance to the hotel. And there is a big mall Home Plus just in front of the hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. One bad thing - there is weak sound isolation at room entrance door (you can hear...

Stayed here for a week and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, they remember every guest staying with them and try their best to help everyone. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are large and of course include those technological contraptions that are called toilets in Korea but I'd rather call "space ship seats"....

arriving the lobby, freezing. Bad luck, if you are physically handicapped, about 20 stairs at the entrance lead to the lobby and the elevators. I'm reminded on chinese 2- Star Hotels. The receptionists english is as poor as the public wifi, which is available in the hotel. The hotel has wifi as well, but it is not accessible in the...

The location is accessible by car and just 30 minutes away from the airport. The room is spacious for a twin bed. The toilet is slightly more attracting with it's wooden standing bathtub. If you need any snacks or some shopping, Homeplus is located just opposite the hotel.

I was a bit concerned with the photos and comments from previous posts. But, soon as I walked into the lobby, I was feeling at ease with the bright and cleanliness of the lobby area. The check-in process was fast and easy. I stayed at the 11th Floor. The entire floor must have been updated and remodeled. The room is...

Good for the people who are strictly Vegetarian as they can stay nearby to HOME PLUS Super Market for Daily Groceries. Staff was good & Courteous. Have a facility of Washing Machine to wash your cloth your own. Cleanness & Toiletries are upto the standard.

Stayed for a night in this hotel. It was right opposite of Home Plus supermarket. The whole night I can't sleep well, because my whole body was itchy but I can't see any insects on the bed. The next morning I wake up, whole back and hands are all red dot.

After staying in the 5 star Imperial Palace I was expecting the worst but from the moment I checked in and the funny guy at the check in (always cracking jokes - in English !!) I felt more comfortable. I was put on the top floor (11th) and the room was okay and very comfortable (not tiny as per other...
