This hotel is one of the best in the area for price and quality. The location is very good and it's great. Metro nearby. There is parking at no extra charge if you are driving. Underground parking. In front of the hotel there is a beautiful large park and beautiful buildings from the past (you can walk around the common area and courtyard without paying). The evening lighting is incredible. It was wonderful to watch the beauty right from your room. Also nearby there is a cafe and a large super market with ready-made food/fruits/vegetables/meat/fish and household goods, etc.). The hotel itself is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite, they will always give advice and help, great guys. Breakfast: varied and healthy. You can mix something new every day. Tasty coffee. Breakfast takes place in the restaurant, you are shown to a table for your number of people. If breakfast is not included in the room rate, you can still come for breakfast and tell us your room number. When you check out, you will then pay for breakfast. There is a large lobby with a mini cafe. You can work, read, enjoy coffee or tea. There is also a gym, every guest staying at the hotel can use it. The windows of the gym also overlook a beautiful park. On the floor where the hotel guests have rooms, in front of the elevators there is a guest table with a microwave, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and chopsticks. You can warm up food, etc. Room: wonderful, comfortable, spacious and with a stunning view of the park. There are two pairs of slippers, three bottles of water every day, a kettle, tea and brewed coffee in a bag. Mini refrigerator. Excellent curtains that can make your room feel night even during the day. Lots of bedside tables and surfaces to put items and clothes on. The underfloor heating system works throughout the entire room, except for the bathroom (why?). The bed is huge, soft, comfortable to sleep. Minuses: 1. Not real nature in the internal park of the hotel lobby. It looks very beautiful and you think how wonderful it is to watch the wildlife inside the building. But then you come closer and see that these are artificial trees, bushes, flowers, grass, etc. Plus, there is a lot of dust on them and apparently they are not taken care of. Recommendation: replace the artificial park and flowers at the reception with real living ones. This will give guests the opportunity to breathe fresh air in your hotel and enjoy the beauty of nature in any weather that may be outside. 2. The bathroom lacks a towel/robe/clothes holder; there is only a round holder at the sink, but this is not enough for complete convenience. The floor is not heated, and after a warm bath or shower, standing on cold tiles, even if there is a foot mat, is cold. There is also not enough small bedside table/shelf, near the head of the bath, to put cosmetics, coffee/water (when taking a bath), fruit, telephone, etc. little things. It would also be good to keep the shower clean, since there is a large layer of dust on top of the rain, and the system itself is stained with water.

The service at this hotel is nothing short of arrogant and rude. The beds are short (I’m 6’3” and my feet hang off the bed). If you lose one of the cheap plastic room keys they will charge you. Although the location is great I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location for the Convensia Conference Centre and for short stays. I had a room overlooking the Central Park and picturesque Ambassador Hotel - if you wake early also good sunrise view. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean with a couple of universal plug sockets, which was handy although one seemed defective and the other required some careful manipulation of the plug to get the phone to charge. The room charge was reasonable for the location. Unfortunately irons have to be booked, I could not seem to get the laptop to charge using the universal plugs but there were a couple of two-pin sockets I was able to use with my universal adapto. There was only a small wardrobe - they clearly don't expect guests to stay for long periods, and no room safe. A draw back is the lack of a gym. But there was free water in the room fridge although no other drinks. I had breakfast included in my stay, which was fine if unremarkable.

The hotel is well located and clean. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping is very good! The rooms ar really noiseproof, which is an advantage! However, the services in the hotel are poor: no shop, the announced airport shuttle doesn't exist... The breakfast is overpriced. Unbelievable that the management hires front office staaf that is not proficient in English. I had to arrange my checkout completely with google translate... incredible. So, value for money with some important remarks!

Central Park Hotel had a decent location overlooking the namesake park with plenty of parking spots. Proximity to the park was nice for my morning jogs although not much else is nearby. The room was spacious but the gold colored interior looked extremely tacky. The room lacked places to hang and place things especially in the bathroom. While the mattress was comfortable, the boards at the feet made for an uncomfortable sleep. The amenities were pretty cheap considering the hotel claims itself as a four star property. If the property advertised itself as a three star property and cost about twenty dollars less I would’ve been satisfied. This is definitely not a four star hotel and is basically a spacious motel room.

Stayed here for my wife's birthday and the experience wasn't bad. The room was large and very modern, yet the hotel itself seemed somewhat outdated. The location is great since it's close to all the outlets, malls, and department stores. Breakfast buffet was sort of small with a weak selection, but still, not too bad. Very great deal regarding the price. I'd stay here again for sure.

We stayed here after finding a bargain and this has many pluses: good location near Convensia and a subway station, nice interior, a neat bathtub, a good view (of Central Park, the sea view is meh), good service and a microwave on the tenth floor. That said, our toilet had flushing issues, no bidet, the closet space wasn't well designed and no convenience story nearby. I think the problems are easily fixable, and I hope the management will do just that.

The hotel seems to be very new and is not yet frequented by many guests. Is was not very lively. Many staff members for example in the breakfast room do not speak English - no word. This should improve. The rooms are nicely furnished and large. The is a bubble-bath tub in the bathroom. The breakfast is not for Westerners! Besides bread and cheese nothing is offered for Westerners. Instead one can choose from rice porrage, sashimi, soups, salads etc . The hotel sells tickets for the Airport bus which leaves from opposite the hotel. The tickets cost US$ 7

The hotel is on the korean airlines limo route from the airport. A key reason to stay there. Also Songdo is away from the main Incheon traffic ....another good reason. So if you need a hotel for one or two needs and you don't want to travel to Seoul stay there. When you arrive you think what a great four star for a cheap price. Confirmed when you get to your room. During your time there you will realise why it edges to three rather than four. First the staff have to learn to smile and engage with the customers. We felt that they had little interest in us as we asked about travel etc. Second , when you eat the breakfast you will think nice spread , shame about the delivery....lots of small things ...fried eggs left to go cold, orange juice that is made from concentrate, pretty awful coffee. What the breakfast needs is some love and most importantly care. The staff take your coupon and leave you to it .....so no complaining at the price I paid but they can do an awful lot better

We stayed at this hotel purely because we had to participate in an event which took place there. When we checked in at the hotel at about midnight, we were informed that our booking was only for one night, which was not correct as we did book for 4 nights. A female staff at the check in counter "interrogated" us in an extremely rude manner and demanded us to show her the proof that we did book for 4 nights. When we showed her the booking confirmation, she then shifted the focus by asking whether we did actually "pay" for the stay in advance, I told her that her question was neither here nor there because a booking was a booking, regardless of whether advance payment had been made. Since we booked this hotel through Trip.com, I did actually make the payment. I then showed her the official receipt issued by Trip.com for 4 nights. She kept us waiting at the reception for 30 minutes. When she was unable to deal with situation, she asked her supervisor to handle it. The supervisor was more courteous and assured us that there must be some internal issues between Trip.com and the hotel. He also said that he would check the position and revert to us as soon as possible. Although we were allowed to stay for 4 nights, such an experience is a sufficient red flag for those who would like to book this hotel. Also, the Park Suite we stayed in (Room 1604) is not as good as expected. 1. There is nowhere in the bathroom that you can hang up your used towels. 2. The towels are rough - seems that all their towels are made for covering the floor. 3. The sofa was dusty and full of dirts. 4. The jacuzzi bathtub is terrible. Water keeps coming out and it cannot be stopped. The bathtub was flooded with water and when we informed the front desk of this as a matter of emergency, they asked us to change the room (at 00:45). We insisted that they had the duty to fix it and we would not change our room at the eleventh hour. Fortunately, the water stopped after the staff tried to make a few touches with the taps. 5. The breakfast is poor. Fruits are frozen to such an extent that you have to "bite" them. Also, they have limited choices of food for breakfast.
