Lovely well run boutique hotel. Fantastic breakfasts. Relaxing garden. Peaceful setting. Great place to explore The Fort, Galle and surrounding area. Our room had ac and fan. We always had plenty of hot water for shower.

A must visit town on the south west coast. We really enjoyed just wondering around this old fort and sampling food, shops and just the experience. We liked the peace of Mango hidden behind its walls. Our upstairs room looked out on palm trees with monkeys in the tops and red vented bulbuls careering around the rooftops..

Fabulous!! Really wonderful to step through into a magic garden and huge airy internal space. Really classy and tasteful interior decor. Very helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts. Well worth eating at the Indian Hut for for a traditional no frills but tasty meal but avoid Mamma's Kitchen!! We booked a car though them to get to Bentota but would suggest...

The hotel was even more beautiful than in the pictures. It's like entering a whole new world when you step into their garden from the street. We had a balcony room on the first floor. Even though we had an air conditioner, we chose to keep the patio door open and use the mosquito net. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in...

Mango House is located in middle of everything but still in a very quiet corner of Galle Fort. Hotel itself is fantastic with style and comfort. Rooms are bit on a small side but that is understandable in old building. Garden is just amazing!

The Mango House is an historic building ( a cinnamon factory) lovingly converted to a charming and tasteful small hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxed and peaceful. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a little courtyard ( shared with one other room). Rooms above have a balcony. Breakfast is served on the front patio. There is...

What a beautiful boutique hotel in the Galle fort. So central to everything. The accommodation is beautiful. Our room was on the ground floor with a courtyard that we shared with the adjacent room. Lovely linen and toiletries made of essential oils. Yummy breakfast. The hotel provided a really tranquil feel. Laid back and easy. The central location meant that...

We spent two nights at this charming hotel and loved it! Mango House is centrally located in the heart of the old fort within an easy walk to everywhere. The shady garden is a welcome retreat - a cool oasis after the heat. The decor is bright and eye catching adding to the ambience. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We...

With just seven rooms and perfectly situated in the old fort, this is a perfect place for exploring the historical town of Galle. Only breakfast is provided, but as there are many restaurants within close distance, this is no disadvantage. As so often in Sri Lanka, helpful and friendly staff.
