Easy check in. Good room. AC is installed in the right spot so you won't get sick from it. Very important for me. And excellent view from the rooftop. During season you can see a perfect sunset. The restaurant is also nice. Had tuna salad and I preferred it to the fish main I had that evening. Recommend staying

The hotel is at a very good location, right infront of the beach, views are amazing from the room as well as from the rooftop. Mr Niroshan and rest of the staff was so polite and amazing , at the reception they were very cordiall Food was amazing too. In short we loved our stay.😁😁 would recommend to stay here

The room had a confortable matress and great view! Everything was clean and AC blasted arctic cold air. Loved the view on the bay. It’s a good choice for families with children who are learning to surf. Elongated waves, take long rolls to shore and learners can get positive reinforcement without stress.

I was told that there are no rooms via phone call. But I was able to book one through Agoda. Which only proves that they were not welcoming to Locals.
I had to wait 1 hour after the time that my room was supposed to be ready.
Our bed sheet and pillow cases were sprinkled with human hair. As if they did not change them in a hurry or the room service person had a case of hair fall.
They changed our room and there was little less hair in the new room. But we couldn't be bothered moving again. Also the Air-conditioning in the new room was not going below 27 or 26 degrees. Engineers came to check on it and just opened the room and started working despite us not responding as we were in the balcony. We came in to find out a stranger in our room fixing the AC. But still didn't fix it.
The food is good for the price .Buffet breakfast with Sri Lankan food .

Our company's Christmas party was held at their rooftop restaurant, and we had a great time. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They were accommodating to all of our needs and we haven't heard NO from anyone from the team. They were there for us the entire time, from the moment we booked the place until the celebration ended, and they did the best possible service for us.
We had to alter our plan just an hour before due to the area's recent significant rain, but they were still supportive of all the changes.
They have wonderful cuisine, and I think anyone would like their BBQ.
In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team for making our day so amazing. We will definitely be returning to this place and recommending it to all of our friends.

Nice hotel just off the highway. Rooms nicely furnished with adequate bathroom. Only issue was finding a dead cockroach in the shower and trains waking us early morning.
Chose not to eat at restaurant as there was no beer.
Our room was at back, alongside the railway. I suspect ocean facing Rooms might have traffic noise

The rooms were good , but the food and restaurant needs better choice , the food were cold.. the waiters too could not understand well . The rooms were great though . The location is nice facing the beach , but can’t access as need to cross busy road .
