Although the place is not near the Beach, you can get there easy and cheap by Tuk Tuk. The room is worth for price. The staff is really helpfull. If you like walking, you can reach the Beach walking in 30 min. We enjoy a lot walking in the streets and feeling the real life in Negombo. Very safety place,...

Spent a night there after a wedding reception at Avenra as we did not want to drive back. Very convenient as it was just walking distance. Our chalet was spacious, with clean linen and tea making facility which was an unexpected bonus! On the negative side google maps lead you to a wrong road and dead end of a road.

We arrived at 1am and the owner came to pick us up from the airport as the driver we booked cancelled. We thought that was great service. The rooms are very clean and spacious but they are very basic. Great for a stopover night, probably wouldn't stay longer but for the price it was perfect for us and close to...

We had a nice stay here. It was very quiet, living room was ideal for yoga. The rooms were clean -both bedroom, living room and bathroom. Nice shower with warm water!! The kitchen I found smelly and less ok, but we only used it for coffee in the morning. I can recommend the place. And we had the most loveable...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived in the very early morning and left in the early afternoon. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating to our schedule. He woke up at 3AM to direct our taxi driver from the airport who did not know how to find the place. He also allowed us to check...

Nice quiet place and heart-warming welcome by a very nice family. The place is extremely clean and you have loads of privacy. Cheap place as well, value for money. Easy to get the three wheel to go wherever you want to go. Negombo city is not far. Once you get to know the place you can walk to the city....

Nice place to stay. We only stayed one night for a transfer elsewhere but good place to stay. Cheap and cheerful. Owner picked us up from airport and also arranged reasonably priced transport to east sri lanka. Overall very friendly and accommodating, would stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed one night and fled. It is a cheap option and in all fairness the chalet is very nice with two separate rooms (one sitting area one bedroom) with satellite TV (that we did not manage to work out), DVD player, tea making facilities and couches. BUT The smell was an overpowering mixture of pipi and dampness (the smell...

What a wicked place this is!!! So welcoming and friendly. Such helpful hosts too, Manoj the manager gave us loads of useful tips as we had just arrived. The chalets are clean and in a very quiet area but still really close the the centre of it all. Manoj even looked after our camera for 6 weeks after we left...
