I did stay in this hotel for the third time. Frankly speaking I have never experienced such a good hotel at this price. If you do booking online, for a single room, they charge US$ 30 per night including breakfast. But sometimes they give some discount for on the spot booking. Room was ok, have AC, hot water, TV, spring...

Nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was basic and limited in options. There is a WiFi connection, but it's not very strong in the rooms. Good connection in the restaurant and lobby. Staff are ever so helpful, always smiling. They held our luggage when we went safari and we met the manager of the hotel who kindly dropped us to the...

We stayed here at the beginning and end our safari. The hotel is in the middle of the town centre which means it is very busy and noisy. The hotel has a restaurant and the food served was good. The rooms were outdated. The first day we stayed here the room was bad, the shower almost fell off the wall...

We stayed at the Rich hotel for two nights before Safari. The room (on the 4th floor) was cramped and very basic, although it had a nice cable TV to pass the time and the mosquito net was adequate. The hotel is fairly close to a variety of shops and in this sense it is very convenient to stay there....

I arrived in arusha by plane in the middle of the afternoon by myself. A transfer organised thru the hotel came to pick me up for an extra charge of 25$. It's quite impressive to visit Africa when we are a girl traveling on her own. My check in was quick and efficient, I felt very welcomed. I arrived in...

hotel nor bad nor good . downtown. the staff are very welcoming and friendly . a big disadvantage of this hotel , located next to the mosque . late in the evening and early morning prayer sounds as if praying in your room . not sleep . noisy ventilation . the hotel is very good inexpensive restaurant.

We stayed here for 3 nights in total, pre- and post safari. Ideally located, close to markets, buses etc. Rooms were small and basic. Comfortable beds, somewhat-working wifi both in the room and restaurant. The shower actually had warm water, which we didn't learn to appreciate until later on the trip. Apart from the quite unfriedly receptionist, the staff was...

The rooms are very basic, small TV, Old furniture, bed is comfortable, pillows are fair. Does have a drop down netting over the bed. The shower is not good, trickle of water and have to leave it...
