Our first room was good, wifi worked, easy check in. Towels and sheets were torn and dirty, shower was terrible and toilet didn't flush properly. Second room we were put in a room with 3 singles pushed together which meant no room around for anything else. Wifi didn't work, same bathroom issues. No hairdryer available in room or when I... It was nice to stay at the tourist center in, but the noise of the mosques in Arusha are bad. Despite of that, the food was nice and the staff was friendly. Especially James, who joined us playing pool in the poolcenter of Arusha.

It was a terrifying experience, for the first time in my life I slept with bedbugs. The bathroom was very scruffy and dirty. The rooms very small and dirty, the mosquito net was full of dust. The pictures on the website shall rise to at least 20 years ago (I think just built).

We arrived here after our 5 day safari, and were greeted in the reception by a very slimey character. First stating that it was $40 a night for a double, despite it being $30. He then agreed that we pay $35 for the first night and $25 for the second. We reluctantly agreed and paid for the first night, but... More

Staff are friendly and the WiFi is good. Restaurant variety isn't great, many things seemed to be out of stock and the rooms themselves weren't great. Especially the bathrooms, various annoyances occurred.

We had nice, clean, spacious rooms for the night we stayed at the Arusha Tourist Inn. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. For a very small price, they did a great job cleaning our hiking shoes after our hikes up Kilimanjaro and Ol Doinyo Lengai - needless to say our hiking shoes were quite filthy to start! The restaurant... More

The most important thing to know is that there is another hotel in Arusha with the EXACT same name (we are accidentally brought to the wrong one in the beginning), but in contrary to this great hotel, the other one looks like a lousy falling a part guesthouse which you do not want to sleep in. So pay attention to... More

Good hotel with good spacious rooms that Greece been kept clean and new. The bathrooms are excellent with hot water 24 hours. The staff are ok still need some kind of push. From the room Window we had a good view of Mount Meru. If they can add more variety to the breakfast menu it would further lift standards of... More

If you are looking for a solid mid-range hotel, this place is worth a look. Great views of Meru from the rooms. Great staff. Nothing luxurious - pretty simple/basic - but a cut above a budget hotel. I would happily stay there again.
