Clean, comfortable spacious rooms with clean towels and beddings. The hotel looks new with great finishing. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment and could do with a change in menu. Overall - value for money.

Arrived today with wife and kids after a 6.5hr drive from Nairobi. Guest list is on a scrap of paper and, guess what, we're not on it. Receptionist, Halima, looks dazed, bored. Nelson, position unknown, is gazing at the ceiling. I ask him about our reservation, he smiles sheepishly and shrugs his shoulders before gazing at an imaginary Picasso on...

Good modern rooms with nice bed. The shower is fine and if you have a good room there are nice views on mount meru. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. The location is a bit far from the real city center.

It is a reasonably priced hotel with good rooms, safe, and a decent breakfast. No complains whatsoever. Rooms are better than a couple of "upscale" hotels in Arusha. Great option if you are on a budget. Location is irrelevant in Arusha as there is nothing to see/do.

Hotel was fine, room was comfortable and away from all the mosquitos and dirt we had been around on our safari the last 5 nights! However, we went for dinner at 830pm and didn't get our meal until 10:15!! No exaggeration. Half of the menu they didn't have either.. Hotel staff was nice, but wish there was a better option...

A good hotel for one or two nights stay. Very clean rooms, with nice hot shower and also a good location which is not far to the city centre. But it's too noisy from the near by pubs . Wifi is not that good. But general a reasonal price too. I will stay again if i have short stay.

This is a very nice motel at a good price. Its situated in a safe central area in town. WiFi was a bit slow and not available on some floors but we found this in many places in Africa! Meals were quite good. Service was excellent and rooms clean and compfortable1

The hotel infraestructure and amenities were fine. The location is good, but just is noisy . If one night I thing is ok. Arusha is the gate city for Safaris in the NothWest. So make sure to buy everything you need. Have a great trip.

Need a good nights sleep? Go somewhere else. This hotel has a nice facade and good comfortable beds with a perfect shower. But it is, even for Tanzanian standards, just too noisy. From your room you can hear the echo from the doors of the other rooms slamming and when a door is being locked you can hear it 2...

we stayed for 4 nights . The Hotel's location is perfect.the rooms are very good and extremely clean. The Breakfast was awesome and always hot and fresh.. I love their Homemade fresh Juices. They should fix the TV channels, some had poor sound quality and most of the channels were broadcasted in Arabic..Could not understand.. Couldn't watch English premier league.....
