Great little bungalows and restaurant for every meal. Great breakfast buffet. The grounds are nice and quiet. A little walk from town but there are little shops and local restaurants just down the street.

First, know that this 'lodge' is literally in the city....not what we were expecting. The rooms are little huts, with very finicky keys. My friends had to change rooms because their key got STUCK in the door....literally could not be removed. The huts seemed fairly clean...with mosquito nets for each bed...however, you had to get the net down and tuck...

Spent a few nights here as part of my Safari and backpacking trip to Kilimanjaro. The rooms were booked as part of the tour so I am unaware as to their pricing however the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Had a few inconveniences at the hotel including lack of wifi and running water, not the hotels fault as the...

This small hotel is just ok, nothing special and not much wrong with it either. The staff was a bit slow, however, the rooms were clean and comfortable. the food was ok and drinks pretty cheap. This is on a small road around Arusha and it seems to attract a younger crowd. Would not be my first choice if we...

A basic hotel that has all what is needed but nothing more. I stayed here for 5 days spread out over a period of 2 weeks. The staff is helpful with getting taxi's, storing luggage etc. Room are OK, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast is good and it is possible to order lunch/dinner. Good Wifi, small pool, and a cozy...

Stayed here for 1 night before safari, and I got the impression that this place could do better. Everything is very basic, from the cottages to the breakfast through the garden - with a bit more attention I think it would be a nicer experience for all the travellers. I especially didn't like the poor shower with scarce water.

We have stayed in L'Oasis Lodge several times on the way to safaris in Tanzania. The place is OK for a single overnight stay, but there is a lot of noise from the surrounding communities; not least the nearby church! Breakfast is acceptable and the Internet is fine (but only in the reception area).

The staff at l'oasis lodge was absolutely fantastic (especially helping us with retrieving our luggage which got lost) and super sweet, but the downside was that there was music until 2am in the morning, so we and the kids couldn't get enough sleep (and since we took a night flight, we really needed to rest). However it was explained to...

Very nice bungalows, very good and tasty food, very helpful and kind staff. The common areas, garden, lounge and pool were clean, cosy and very well kept. Getting there was a bit it tricky as one of the two access roads was closed and all muddy during the rainy season, it should be fixed soon though. Enjoy your stay there!!!!!
