Great hotel and very centrally located. Enjoyed my stay here with my international clients who had only good words to say about this hotel and its facilities. Will definitely stay at this hotel again...

I liked the location, the food was good enough, but how to you have a hotel that doesn't give water to the rooms in a place where you cant drink the water. Its a nice looking hotel. Its staff is good enough but I believe its the little things that make a hotel exceptional. Just make sure you buy some...

Dear Capetownrio, Thank you for this review. We are glad you liked the hotel, its location and services. We appreciate the feedback and the remark about water but we actually do not put bottled water in the washrooms as tap water is perfectly clean. However, every room has mineral bottled water to drink (1 Bottle per person). In case there...

We stayed overnight in this hotel on our first day in Tanzania. The room (in the executive wing) was very welcoming after an almost 13-hour flight. The room was comfortable and large with 2 queen beds and mosquito netting. WIFI was available in the room. Dinner and breakfast came with the package with the travel agents; both good and filling....

Stayed there in September for 1 night. The hotel is city centre, food for breakfast is good and the rooms are good size and perfect for what we needed it. There is also two small botles of water in the room. Unfortunately I can't comment on price as it was part of our organised trip.

We arrived after midnight and were shown straight to our room which was huge and quiet. There were large twin beds which were most comfortable and the room had air-conditioning which made for an excellent sleep, and even a sleep in due to comfort and quiet. Shower was quite good with lots of hot water. Staff were all excellent and...

My brother and I stayed here in September for our final day and a half in Africa before flying out of Kilimanjaro Airport , one hour away. It was a good choice. The hotel is rather odd. It consists of 3 separate white buildings with a pool in the center. To one side is a beautiful 1/2 acre yard surrounded...

A great room with an extremely comfortable bed, and a great view of the gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful, although when I told the front desk that the safe in my room was broken, they never followed up to fix it. Also, be prepared to walk a bit if you are at the far end of the hotel. I...
