Stayed here for 3 nights with friends, good location down the side road which leads out onto the main strip. The pool was nice but really does need to be cleaned and to use less chlorine! The room was good as was the bathroom. Wifi was good and the owner very friendly. Food served was of good quality. they also...

We booked a 28 day stay here. One of the weeks we were away diving on a liveaboard but didn't want to pack and unpack again. We paid £18 pn for the 2 of us and this included breakfast. The rooms were basic but clean. Large en-suite. There is a small swimming pool in the courtyard. Breakfast was good and...

Cheap room, good for a few days. We had ants in the bathroom which we didnt bother too much about. Airconditioning worked fine and bath was alright. Good beds and nice, small balcony. Since its located off the main road its not too easy to find but nice and quite. Pool is rather small.

The room was functional, the staff were helpful and nice. The location was central to town. The only problem was one of the night a group of drunk people ( staying at Fasai House) decided to swim at 11pm for a couple of hours. They made a lot of noise and it was annoying. I think the staff should have...

Stayed at Fasai house for one night. Unfortunately we arrived at 10 p.m. and the reception was closed - no advanced information about it nor a call. Had to call them several times till someone woke up and gave us the key. Room was ok but not more. You can have breakfast at this place for 130 THB, also ok.

Hotel divided into two buildings, each with 2 floors. Good location, just off the busy main road. Hotel has a small pool in the central area of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned and the towels refreshed on demand. Nicely furnished rooms - they used beautiful colors to decorate the rooms. Very clean bathroom. Small breakfast can be taken in the...

We stayed 3 nights in this guest house, and we really liked it! 900 baht/night (22 euro), room with private toilet and air conditioning, clean & tidy. The woman in charge was lovely: she arranged a taxi from/to airport, we rented one of her motorbikes 200 baht/day and didnt have any problem, she took our clothes to the laundry, etc....

I stayed here for a couple of nights. Room is clean and not too small. Nice swimming pool. The owner are very friendly. A bit expensive for 950THB per night but understand it is a high season and right in the middle of Khao Lak area.

Really surprised by the other reviews for this place. Perhaps we overpaid as we booked through booking.com and we've discovered they often have higher prices than the walk in price... But $35 a night for a room here is NOT worth it at all... If you pay $20 then that might be fair. From our experiences of other hotels in...

I staid at Fasai House for a night in November 2014 and was very happy, This small hotel offers great value for the money. It's centrally located in Khao Lak (2mins walk to the main road), the owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room, even simple, was clean, comfortable and with A/C. The small pool offers a good spot...
