Checked in here with a freind for one night as we were passing through Surat Thani. Firstly the woman at reception was extremely ignorant would not even remove her face mask to speak to us. Brought up to our room and saw lizards running around the walls. The tiles on the floor of the room were cracked and filthy, there... More

Probably the worst hotel in Thailand. Room was crawling with lizards and ants. We left immediately but were refused a refund. Staff unhelpful and ignorant. One worker was laughing at the lizards in the room. Caused us a lot of hassle.... Stay away

The hotel is close to the night market and also the Phantip airport-bus pickup point. There are loads of eating options closeby. And being slightly off the mainroad means that there is hardly any noise in the rooms. I chose the cheapest one(a room) for around 300baht on the 4th floor, and it was nice and spacious. The room is... More

Location of this hotel is very good, quite close to everything. For interner access you should ask a receptionist. Room was big, clean but it didn't have a hot water! Everybody in this town will try to overcharge you, so better not to ask elsewhere about tickets, better to go to the station (ferry or bus) and buy there. Scammers... More

We arrived in Surat Thani with no accommodation and had to trust the taxi driver to drop up off at a decent hotel... We arrived and the area looked quite dodgy but we shuffled inside and got a room for 450bht as we wanted air con. The receptionist didn't speak English she just pointed at the sign and tapped the... Hotel staff booked us a shuttle, charged 400 bath each... then stuck us on an 8 hour bus ride that should have been 220 baht each. Fortunately I am not just a tourist and I am going to use my Thai contacts to attempt a full refund. Rooms super basic. And some bizarre rule that you cannot have hot water...... More

The reception is unfriendly and most of them are not able to speak proper English. They try to convince you to buy the ferry ticket right there which is overpriced and the time table is wrong. The room rather clean but there was a hole in the ceiling through which water was dropping in the morning. Location is okay.

We stayed this hotel because it was recommended by travel agent, and the travel agent told us it's new opening and cheap hotel. But we found that the hotel room is old, WiFi is chargeable. The only advantage is located in town, 5-8 minutes walk to night market and shopping mall. I believe there are still a lot better hotel... More

Don't go here. Rooms are crappy, had stinky towels and unwashed blanket. No wifi. They ripped me off when I asked for the cheapest way to get to the airport. They charged 300 baht for the service which turned out to be dropping me off at the bus station literally 200 meters away where you could buy the airport tickets... More
