The hotel is old and run by staff who are more concerned about gossiping amongst each other and playing in mobile phones than being service orientated, waited 30 mins to be served at their restaurant Rim Talay, after which we decided to go up the beach to another restaurant and that was lovely, the hotel is not what we expected,...

Nice hotel, beach and staff. Khun Jaeb speaks perfect English and was very helpful throughout our stay. Beach is very quiet so we had tranquil evenings, restaurant is good for thai food and there are a few restaurants around in case one fancy trying another place. Spa is very good and inexpensive.

We have stayed in this hotel twice for a conference. The rooms are ok (try to get one high up to avoid as many mosquitoes), and the bathrooms are a bit dark and dingy, but the room is comfortable to spend time in and has a balcony. The pool is huge, clean and fun, and the beach a few metres...

The first room allocated had mold in the fridge a stained and smelly bathroom a broken drawer with no bottom no plug no hand towels no kettle or coffee a remote that did not work and a broken light. WE WERE ALLOCATED ANOTHER ROOM MUCH BETTER BUT WE EVEN HAD ISSUES WITH THIS. THE MANAGER WAS TOTALLY DISINTERESTED AND TRIED...

The restaurant staff is the main reason our stay was made horrible. We got something we did not order and the staff started arguing with us instead of saying "sorry" and taking the food away. Not recommended at all, even if you avoid the restaurant and just sleep there. The pool was not clean either.

Clean room. Delicious foods. Hotel staffs can understand English. Large swimming pole. White sandy beach. Not far from Bangkok. I love the atmosphere. Quite romantic. Very good spot for nuptial's reception.

This hotel needs TLC (Tender Loving Care), lacks maintenance up keep. Very good location, own private beach, that's the only good thing about it. The hotel has not had a face lift for twenty years. Rooms are a good size with balconies, but upgrading is necessary. The restaurants are mediocre, you can get really good food elsewhere. Rooms and general...

To me this is the definition of a 3 star hotel. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. A bit out of the way at the very bottom on Cha Am. This hotel had one of the hardest beds I've ever slept in. All in all the room was clean and the staff was nice.

This is an awful hotel, we put up with it for one night then moved to a hotel further down the road in Hua Hin. The room was disgusting - highlights included a door that it looked like someone had kicked in the day before, heavily stained carpet and a dead gecko under the mat in the bathroom. The last...

This is a place for longstayers, that was pretty obvious. We immediately were corrected when we tried to get a couple of sunbeds. Lousy system; you get sunbeds assigned to your room, and then keep them for the duration of your stay. To be fair, we only stayed here for one night, on our way across the country. We thought the...
