We have travelled to Thailand many times. This was our third visit to Cha Am and we are yet to find any accommodation with better value. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The service excellent and food first class. All this at reasonable prices. I would especially mention Khun Jeed as assistant manager, for her hard work and attention...

Check in was fast, though we did have to go & find the bell boy to assist with the luggage. Rooms are quite spacious with all the expected amenities available. TV does not have a large selection of channels & most were not in English. Beds were comfortable & we looked out onto the small children's pool behind reception which...

Nice pool area. Friendly reception. Excellent cleanliness. Nicely located in cha am. The hotel is a relaxing and family friendly place to be. Breakfast was very uninspired, they do not seem to refill the buffet the last hour, which makes it constantly lacking breakfast essentials. Also, I would not recommend planning any longer stays in cha am, it is boring,...

this hotel is a nice place to stay and it is suitable for families. they have 2 pools and both are equally marvellous. Not much activities unless you are at the beach though... if you are looking for a massage or having a karaoke session... those facilities are available... however, most of the staff there can't speak english. so it...

We arrived at the hotel on Saturday noon after being awake and on the move more than 24 hours. There was a reseptionist at the check in who kept telling us in...

We visited the Restaurant at the front of the building thats overlooks the sea. We noticed that the trees in front of the restaurant were half the size of the other trees on the beach. Smart move as this enables the restaurant the the hotel buildings to get a good view of the sea. We waited over half an hour...

The two pools leave the hotel seem uncrowded - which is a good thing - and are well maintained, something which isn't ingrained in the Thai hotel industry psyche. Staff are generally pleasant and check-out are pleasant unless there is a problem - then they get a black face and stuff up even more as we experienced ourselves and several...
