Only stayed 2 nights, very comfortable, Staff very Friendly as was the Security Guard. Definitely recommend this Hotel. The rooms are very clean, the bed so very comfortable, not always found in some Hotels in Thailand. Pretty close the Night Markets, different items here than China Mai.

Easy to hear the noises from the room next door. I found it so difficult to sleep due to the disturbing tv noises from the room near by. Toilet is dirty (i am sure with this budget you can do better).Mosquito bit me in the first night i stayed. Although the staffs are nice, but for those who get distracted...

Price and Location were definitely right! Simple and clean. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the security guard, the staff were helpful and friendly and loved practicing their English with us! Wifi worked well. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. Location was close enough to walk to everything you needed downtown. B2 was safe and comfortable and...

We decided to have a short trip to Chiang Rai and I gave a chance to B2 due to the location was so closed to the last hotel I stayed. It is right in the middle of the city and easy to find everything. I selected this place with the flight package and I have to regret later. The hotel...

I stayed here 1N before going back to Bangkok. Staff was friendly and check-in quite fast. The location also great, around 1KM to Chiang Rai night bazaar. However there is not so many restaurant and convenient stores around. This hostel is located by the end of small soi by the way. My room was fine and it was cheap as...

1. Poor guest room maintenance with lots of mold in bathroom 2. Unstable water pressure 3. Tons of dust at bathroom door 4. Too wide gap between floor and door, mosquitoes can fly through 5. Too dark room, there are only 4 sources of electric lights (bathroom, door, bed, lamp) The worst hotel for me in latest few years.

This hotel is centrally located. Clock Tower, Wat Phra Kaew, City Navel, Night Bazaar, Hill Tribe Museum and King Mengrai are all within walking distance (the farthest, King Mengrai monument is some 20-25 min walk). The rooms are spacious and facilities are in excellent condition. House cleaning do their job well. Front desk personnel though have limited English, but they...

Location is excellent. A walking distance to clocktower which you can find plentry of street food and light performance in evening. No breakfast is not an issue as there are a lot of restaurant around the clocktower. Hard to find parking space but the staff finally manage to find one for us.

This hotel advertises itself as Boutique on a Budget. It is a budget hotel but certainly not a boutique one. The front lobby is open and breezy. Check in staff were very young and disinterested. Nor were they very helpful, giving me an indecipherable photocopied map of the area when I asked for one. It is a close walk to...
