I rented the small bungalow for a couple of nights and it was a great peaceful escape from the busy places on my itinerary. That little two-story hut was simple, but elegant and comfy at the same time. The outside bathroom was the highlight for me, taking my time bathing in the jungle, with all the privacy needed. The food...

This place is like a small resort, absolute paradise. From the awesome food, to the outdoor shower (don't worry it's private) to the fast and free wifi EVERYWHERE - the staff is beyond kind and ready to serve you with whatever you need, they are very kind, great english and eager to please. We sat by the pool while they...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon adventure. We loved the outdoor shower/bathroom set up. Below our bungalow was a "living room" platform with a thin mattress and pillows. Above that hung a nice, relaxing hammock in which to lounge. The room itself was very comfortable. Above the bed hung a mosquito net, which we...

Just spent two nights here and was blown away by the attention to detail that was used to create this resort. Stayed in a medium bungalow and loved it, the outdoor bathroom is amazing. This resort could easily be the setting of a movie and is the perfect place to get away from town and relax. The food is excellent,...

This is one of those places that you wish you could transplant into a different setting and it would be perfect. Unfortunately there is a highway nearby and some establishments that blast Thai karaoke type music into the air which detracted from what would have been an amazing tranquil peaceful setting. The ground are great, at one with nature. You'd...

This well kept property on a lakeside hill offers rustic bungalows with nice attention to details. The rooms reflect the Chiangrai culture well and Sutiluk the owner will make you feel at home. Food was great and overall, good value resort.

The standard small, rustic bungalows are two-story affairs with the bedroom above an open lounging area (with hammock!) and an open-air bathroom on the ground floor. The conscientious gardens, pool and restaurant are all you'd expect from a luxury resort. The place is overseen by the owner/manager Khun Sutiluk who takes great care in making her guests feel welcomed. We...

Proprietor Sutiluk is very welcoming and attentive to details. The room (little thatched stilt house with attached bathroom open to the sky) was over-the-top charming and cosy. The food was excellent! The pool was refreshing! Loved our stay!

The room is more hut than "bungalow" but solidly built. It's winter and on the second night it had got very cold, though Sutiluk, the owner-manager, personally came to our rescue with extra blankets. Temperatures in Chiang Rai in winter vary wildly from tshirt weather in the daytime to very cold at night. In the open-air bathroom, it gets too...

“The small bungalow is more than enough, if you don't need a private bath tub - the shower is more fun anyways!”
  • Open air but private shower, awesome
  • The small size bungalow, 2 storeys, room up, hammock and shower down

“We selected a room with a king bed and a sitting area. The rooms on stilts are fantastic too. However, the bath for these rooms are on the ground below the room so middle of the night bathroom runs would be treacherous climbing down the outside stairs. They have their pluses though. A balcony outside the bedroom and a hammock on the ground floor.”
