I managed to book this hotel on its official website (pls note that most of the time expedia has better offer) during peak season. We were offered a non smoking room, right next to the emergency exit on the 10th floor. Room - The bed was made to face the bathroom door AND ALSO THE AIR COND VENT. So imagine...

Stayed here for 2 nights on 13 & 14 of April. We arrived at 7 in the morning where we were told to drop our luggage first and we'll be able to get our rooms by 12 noon. Fair enough, we went out for food and explore the streets got back to the hotel at 11:30. We got our keys...

. . . and your own coffee/tea sachets, and your own WIFI, because the hotel doesn't provide any. Otherwise, it's OK. Perfect location, lots of hot water, good central AC. Why are they picking pennies?? Manager of this place needs a good talking to. Spending about 20 baht per night on these niceties would earn at least one additional 🌟..

Stay there for 2 nights , check in on the 23rd & 24th March 2017. I find this place is pretty near to all tourist attraction esp shopping and eateries, not near but about 1 km away, so brisk walking at night or evening is not an issues. Hotel rooms - averages, provide basic simple amenities. Hotel staff - always...

We stayed for 3 days 2 night. Hotel was merely 2 minutes walking distance from train station. There's a lot of tuktuk in front of the hotel. You only need it if you are going further from the town. Kim Yong market, Odeon, Lee Plaza or Robinson is just 5 to 7 minutes away. Halal restaurant is also just around...

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are decent, cleaning is acceptable, but however they are less nice than in the photos posted by the hotel. The reception staff shows goodwill, but they speak poor English. To conclude, this hotel might be OK for one stop in transit.

It allows early check in and check out. It is just walking distance from the place the express bus dropped us. There are hair dryer, kettle, fridge and wifi in the room. Cery convenient for shopping and eateries. Can take public van to songkha too.

This hotel is situated near city centre and is walking distance. Nice and clean rooms to rest and value for money. The cons of this hotel is that it have a very tight and cramp basement carpark, as we drove to Hatyai from Singapore, it is quite worrying if our cars will be accidentally hit or scratched. Of course our...

Decided on a trip out from our house in Kathu, Phuket and decided to try Hat Yai (pronounced Had Yai) took 7hrs by road and did a couple of toilet/food stops on the way. Hat Yai is close to Malaysian border. Arrived at hotel with underground parking close to centre and shopping and checked in OK. The reception spoke English...
