I had stayed at the hotel previously, spacious rooms, massive beds and your own mini pool which ever floor you stay on. We were told 100m from the beach and it was, and it is probably one of the cleanest beaches in Thailand. I've lived in Thailand for 8 years now, and this is one of my favourite places to...

We stayed a week during Christmas at this hotel, which is small and very cozy - but you need a tuk tuk to get to the city. Accommodation: We had a Deluxe Jacuzzi room on the second floor. We only used the jacuzzi once because it doesn't have any means to clean the water. This means that if you fill...

The saving grace was 2 staff members. Nirun and Nat. Without them we simply would have left despite no refund. I knew we had trouble after booking the accommodation directly with the company months ahead based on their site pictures and advertising. Their refund conditions are very confusing and contradictory and if Thailand is in fact serious about its tourist...

Saw the stunning photos of it at night and was shocked at arrival. The Hotel is poorly managed, there is ants in the room. Got my arm bruised while opening the bathroom door as it cannot go pass the shower room glass. No slippers but old and used flip flops is all you will get. Breakfast was served outdoor but...

The atmosphere : When you look at the pictures, you are charmed right away. In reality, there chosen color is pink and their mascot is a huge cuddly toy which makes the place look cheesy and childish. From my point of view, I find it too bad the atmosphere is spoiled with these details because otherwise it would be magical....
