Visitors stay in tents. The tents have a form of A/C but they are still quite warm and humid. The beds are very firm. The bathroom is separated from the tent and calls of nature involve unzipping the fly screen, going through an open area about 9" wide, to the bathroom. The bathroom has no screening so all kinds of... More

We stayed at Hintok River Camp during November for one night and enjoyed the experience. We drove from Bangkok and the journey took about 3.5h. The camp side was easy to find with Google Maps. Check in was easy. The Glamping Tents could need a renovation (zipper and nets are ripped) but everything is clean and otherwise well maintained. We... More

I thought that the food and rooms were fabulous. Comfrotable beds, nice showers, air conditioning. The reception staff did not seem to want to be bothered and the massages were a waste of money. The hotel is also conveniently located to Hell Fire Pass and Erawan Falls which are both definitly worth it.

there are many things to do when you arrived.Bicycling to the suspension bridge around sunset was such magnificent view.the place was comfy and the food was ok. anyway, there were a few things to complain such as lack-of-experience of the therapist at spa.... overall was OK.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Serene surroundings and wonderfully, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. It has a stunning natural rock pool area supplied by a waterfall, which overlooks the River Kwai. Bicycles are available to use free of charge to explore the stunning scenery and a lovely meal is provided in the evenings around the... More

The Hintok River Camp is in a remot area and we enjoyed the silence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The natural pool close to the river is nice for cooling down. The sun-chairs are not the newest but still ok to relax. The food was very good :-)

Spacious and comfortable tents with great protection against mosquito attacks. You feel like Indiana Jones in the middle of jungle. Really nice even for children. Really the best way to stay in the Kwai river region. The dinner is served outside in a lovely place. Buffet is really good, BBQ is regularly organized. The only thing where we were disappointed... We spent two nights here as part of our ruby wedding celebrations. What a lovely green place, beautiful views of the river and great food, particularly lunch. Mozzys not a problem as we took vit B1. The best bit of our two night stay was our brilliant Mon guide Lam, his knowledge and enthusiasm for the area was great and... More
