We were allowed to check-in at 4am in the morning, after booking i just informed them my arrival time, they accepted my request and they kept my room ready, We booked double room, it had a twin bed with fan and attached bathroom
The room is spacious, neat and clean Bathroom is clean and had hand-wash, body wash and shampoo. The wooden flooring and wooden roof kept us warm during our stay The staffs were friendly and helpful, they have a restaurant, which serves delicious food. Next time will definitely revisit mae hong son and stay same place.

I stayed one night in here. There is diner, small diner but alot of choice. We can see they cooking while drinking. The staffs really friendly and helpful. The beds and toilet was clean. There is table out side the room. We can take time in there.

Really recommend staying here if you are looking to enjoy Mae Hong Son and meet interesting travelers. Pon is extremely helpful and the food is very good (and very cheap). The locations is maybe a bit outside of the centre of town, but it makes no real difference to the experience (the town is small, and if you are visiting you sort of need a motorbike).

We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed everything : the place, the big room, the cheap price, the food...and most of all, the great welcoming of the person in charge at the reception (and great cook!).

I arrived the place without even reservation and they were over welcomed me. The place is on a nice quiet location so chill and peacefull. The room was sparkly clean And so comfortable. The stuff was friendly and helpful and gave the best advises on what to do and visit around recomadations about everything Best food best places even long talks about Thai culture. There is restaurant also with delicious homemade pad Thai and free coffee and tea at all time during the day. I ll be back for sure.

The hotel looks amazing. The outside a bit better then the rooms.
The location is a couple minutes from the centre with a scooter or 25m walking.
The staff is very friendly, with one women speaking great english!
We lunched at the hotel and it was very good and 50bath per dish.
The rooms can get a bit hot, that really the only downside.

Crossroads guesthouse is a bit out of town and the premise looks a bit awkward at the first look. However the rooms are great and the staff is fantastic! They give you all the info what to do in and around Mae Hong Son. Add on top of this all day long simple breakfast plus tea/coffee

This is an amazing building 2.5km from the lake in the centre of town (where the night market/restaurants are). It has a restaurant onsite next to the hotel that serves food/drink/beer from 8am. I stated in a 300B 2 bed fan room which was massive, the bed was hard but comfy, the bathroom was large and clean with soaps/towels provided. The walls are very thin so you hear people in the bathroom next door. It's next to a main road with passing traffic so you'll need ear plugs if your a light sleeper. You are also in the countryside so be prepared for plenty of cockerels and people getting up early. I definatly recommend this place though just be prepared for the noise from around 6am.

I stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed it , pon is really friendly and speaks good English and can advise you about local trips etc, also she makes the best kha Thom in Thailand my favorite breakfast the room was huge and clean will come again

A great place to stay in Mae Hong Son. Family run guesthouse with friendly helpful staff. Owner speaks English very well so no trouble asking anything. Has a small restaurant with a limited supply of cooked meals. Give it a go you won't be disappointed
