I stayed here for a couple of weeks to save money and extend my holiday. I thought the place was great value. Most places this price don't have a pool and they don't have an idea how to run it either. Here the place is well-run by the hands-on owners who are always ready to help. The rooms are spacious...

It's fairly basic but the price is right. It's in a handy area with transport and restaurants nearby.the staff are very helpful.about 15 minutes walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved this place. Really friendly helpful staff, rooms are a little tired but very spacious with enormous bed, air con, fridge. Nice little pool and there is a great little food area a couple of minutes walk away (just turn right out of the hotel and walk a couple of hundred metres) and a couple of friendly, relaxed...

This is more of a small hotel, although not the Ritz Carlton of course, than merely a guesthouse. Foremost: it's away from the noise of drunk tourists, which we liked. But still just a 15 min walk from the beach, nightlife etc. At 100 metres there's a market with good places to eat, where you'll find fresh seafood for half...

This place is very cheap, and considering that the places to be near patong beach aren't too far away, it is worth saving money by booking this and simply getting a taxi/tuk tuk to where you want to go. The service is quite good, and also for the price you pay, the rooms are great. They have air-con, fan, wifi...

Four of us stayed here in November for a week. We loved the location as the hotel is set back from the road so no traffic noise is heard. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room had aircon and a fan which was lovely. The bathroom was fine, sink/shower/toilet. Always had hot water too. The rooms all had tv...
