The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a staff member called Rocky who helped us throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast here had a wide range of options and was delicious. The evaluator broke once while we were here but it was relatively quickly fixed in the same day it broke.

The employees were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Especially Rocky, who helped us with all our questions throughout our stay at Amata. The buffet was especially nice and had a large variety, and was open for a decent period of time in the morning.

Very nice hotel and very quick services my room is osm and both of pool is good and near by within five minutes walking distance beach and location is great and every staff is good but rocky is excellent thank you Rocky and thank you Amata patong

Rocky was very very helpful at check in. One of the nicest people I have met at a hotel. He has shown me to my room and shown me all of the features of the hotel. He also upgraded my room as I was a bit early turning up at the hotel. He is a big credit to the hotel.

Hotel is very nice. Lady up front was very nice and professional and gave me an early check in. If you need help with booking activities there is someone else who can help with that as well. Glad I came and would do it again.

The amenities are superb.. I got a warm welcome from the front desk. There are plenty of restaurants at walkable distance. Totally its worth of a stay. The location is near to the beach which is quite good. Good service and friendly staffs. Recommend!!
