We did ask staff 3 times for someone to check the fitting and it was attended to the next morning!! The hotel is...

Stayed here for a week mid August, the staff aren't super helpful, but the accommodation was very central to Bangla and the beach, has a nice pool and was clean and suitable for our needs- but we spent more time at our friends more expensive resort up the road for their nicer surrounds and more relaxing pool areas.

I booked a pool view room with bathtub but was allocated a room with no bathtub and the balcony open out to the main road. After confronted the front desk, they requested me to go back to the front desk to get the key to another room. There were only two very slow moving lifts at the building which I...

I stayed at the Amata for 3 nights and never again. Be warned, every item in the room has a price. There is an itemized list, the first time I have come across such a detailed one in a hotel room! I could hear conversations in the corridors outside my room, it was a noisy hotel! The beds are hard...

This hotel is in a good location, we had a pool view room on the 8th floor. The rooms are clean, but the beds are so hard, I got the housekeeping to put a couple of quilts under the sheets. This didn't help it was like lying on a board. The lady at reception when you called her she would...

Located about halfway between the Hard Rock Cafe and the spectacle of Bangla Rd and Jungcelyon shopping centre the Amata is great. Staff were friendly and always happy to help, there's a tour office and beauty spa right outside the door, both of which were great. I booked a number of tours and got good advice on all of them....
