5-star hotel. Excellent cleanliness, room amenities and room furniture. Front office assistant are very friendly and helpful. Hotel got swimming pool which is I like. Breakfast provided was delicious and Wifi signal so strong. In front of hotel got place to rent scooter which me and my friend choose. Hotel near to 24-hours mart including 7-11. All I can is... Had a wonderful 7 night stays at Seeka, where the location is very ideal being not very far away from the buzzing Patong and also close to other convenience like massage, cheap and good restaurants, bars, convenience store, bike rentals and what not. Oh! Also forgot to mention that there is an artificial grass futsal turf 2 mins away from... More

The rooms are very simple, however with a working air conditioner and a clean room, for the rate we paid we were very happy. It is located outside of the madness that is patong beach, but is within walking distance The pool and bar downstairs are pleasant to use (and the drinks relatively cheap) Very helpful staff

Seeka Villa is HUMONGOUS and very comfortable. Each bedroom was huge, and beds were very comfortable too. The amount of space in the house just made it nice for us to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, shopping, and beaching. There is a little pool overlooking the city view, and it's just perfect to chill there with... More

Nice hotel with good size rooms. Air con is great!! It's nicely styled with thai theme. Has a small breaky room with egg station bacon etc. Plenty for a decent breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaners are on top of everything. Massage places in the street. Minimart just down the road and prices are cheaper here. They have a... More

Compared to our visit last year at the same time. We were shocked to see how the hotel has deteriorated. When requesting dinner we were told they don't have food or a chef yet in the lift there is a menu on display. Secondly if you need the phone in your room you are told to go to reception and... Stayed here for 3 weeks in February 2014. Rooms are fine, beds extremely hard, but overall no problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was disappointing but there are other places not far away to eat. Free shuttle down to the beach and shopping was very good. People using the pool after hours, when they were not supposed to, were... More

On the premise that not much time would be spent in the room, it's close enough to the madness of Patong but far enough away to escape it, and across the way from the best value massage place around it was perfect. Very affordable and no problems, as long as you don't expect 4-5 star fittings and facilities.

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks, the service and staff are friendly and the rooms are basic ad well furnished for a comfortable stay but don't expect pure luxury. As for location, the hotel is quite a distance from the main shopping streets and the beach, however a free shuttle service the hotel runs is available 4 or so times... More

“When you go to your room check the window straight away. There are a small number of rooms that open to the internal corridor - if you get one, ask to change rooms. Not ideal if you like to wake up to natural light when you are jet lagged! But there are plenty of other rooms with windows to the street or to the pool.”

“Ask for room with balcony and stay away from the main street to avoid sharp motor noises. Balcony will aid you in drying all your wet cloths from the wet time at the beach and other activities.”
