Nestled near Patong Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort is hailed for its prime location that strikes a perfect balance between the bustle of local attractions and peaceful retreat. The service here garners accolades for attentiveness, though it's not without its peak time hiccups. Guests revel in the modern vibe and cleanliness of the venue, yet some have faced noise and housekeeping inconsistencies.
The pool and breakfast buffet are often celebrated, enhancing the resort's value, which many appreciate. While the rooms are generally spacious and contemporary, a few visitors suggest improvements could be made to maintain tranquility and cleanliness.

The SERVICE experience in this hotel was remarkable and it was the result of excellent staff members such as Ralph the duty manager. When we arrived and checked into our rooms there was a slight concern because my reservations didn't seem to match what was on their information board. I was able to show Ralph what I had booked and he immediately worked on getting the rooms that I had booked available and to have the rooms prepared quickly. Ralph even went up to the rooms and assisted housekeeping and having the rooms quickly available. He ensured that all aspects of my stay was taken care of even before I stepped into my room; nothing less than excellent. Mila in housekeeping ensure that my room was cleaned every day and left little flowers just to show a personal touch; nothing less than excellent. My family and I primary ate in the restaurant Sears and company and had wonderful experiences each and every time. I can see why this hotel is very busy, their service is awesome. If my family and I are in the area of Phuket I will definitely stay at the Marriott four seasons even though I am a diamond member of the Hilton brand. The extra perks include sparkling clean rooms, beautiful views, great location for walking and getting to different shopping areas easily. There's a 7-Eleven less than 500 ft away that provides basic necessities at a low cost! unbeatable!

My friends and I reserved a three-night stay at the hotel, and the reception staff went above and beyond to offer us a room upgrade since two of us are Elite members celebrating a friend's birthday. While we were perfectly content without an upgrade, the receptionist genuinely felt sorry for not being able to accommodate us due to full occupancy. We truly appreciate her efforts.
We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered an alternative upgrade for Elite members—a 20% discount on Food & Beverage, rather than the usual 10%. This was a lovely perk, especially since we had booked their dinner buffet.
The lobby, located on the ground floor, was bright and airy, with plenty of sunlight and a clear view of the pool. The design was inviting, and we were assigned superior rooms with a connecting door, which was ideal for our group of four. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quite decent. Although the washroom didn’t have a bathtub, the pool and Patong Beach were easily accessible for those who enjoy water activities. The welcome amenities were generous, and we particularly loved the cold brew coffee.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Even with a full house, the reception staff managed the queue efficiently. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to Patong Beach and a few minutes from the night market.
A special mention goes to the dinner buffet; the BBQ seafood was fantastic, and the live band performed beautifully relaxing songs, adding extra value to the experience. I highly recommend the dinner buffet.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel was fantastic, boasting an impressive breakfast spread that easily ranks as one of the best buffets in Thailand. From fresh juices to delectable coconut water, there was something for everyone, whether craving American classics or authentic Thai cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool was impeccably clean. While it's a bit of a trek from the nightlife of Patong beach, the hotel's location offers stunning beachfront views and access to delicious street food just steps away. For those looking for adventure, water sports are readily available on the beach. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry kiosk just a block away from the hotel, where you can drop off your clothes for a nominal fee and pick them up the same day.

The location is convenient, close to the strip yet far enough to offer some quiet. However, the positives end there. The rooftop pool, while seemingly a highlight, is often overrun by non-guests, with no checks in place. Security is non-existent, so leaving your belongings unattended is risky. It’s baffling that a hotel of this caliber can’t ensure that its amenities are reserved for paying guests. Service quality plummets during peak times—expect long waits and inattentive staff. If you need anything, order well in advance and brace yourself for potential mistakes.
The lack of basic maintenance and hygiene is shocking. Housekeeping is inconsistent at best; you’ll need to remind them daily if you expect a clean room. Even after repeated requests, don’t be surprised if they miss the mark—our room was often left with basic amenities missing or poorly cleaned. It’s disappointing that a guest has to beg for standard services that should be provided without question. The hotel also seems oblivious to the bug problem; we were forced to buy our own bug spray after reporting the issue multiple times without resolution.
If you’re a Marriott Elite member, don’t expect any special treatment here. In fact, you might as well join the back of the line with everyone else. The management seems more interested in maintaining their air of pompousness than recognizing loyal and repeat customers. It’s baffling how dismissive they are toward Elite members, offering no priority or acknowledgment whatsoever.
For the price they charge, you’re better off staying elsewhere.and believe me there are nicer properties out there!

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and IÂ sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have looked into the situation and do not have any records of you staying with us. If you could kindly contact me and let me know when you stayed with us and under which name, I would be able to look into your stay including housekeeping and why your room and amenities were not done or replenished every day. We do have an average of 200 check-ins and outs every day and my team does its best to have all rooms prepared on time for 3pm check-in as well to service all in house guests. I am sorry if we missed your room on a few occasions. If you can provide me your stay details, I will be happy to look at it. To address your concerns, yes, like many other hotels and resorts with a beach club or even a beach front restaurant, the Deck Beach Club is opened to public. It is absolutely safe and we have never had any issues of theft. In peak season, there is actually a minimum charge for outside guests. Regarding your comments about Loyal Members. We do our very best every day to recognized elites and place a high importance on all our guests including our Bonvoy Elite guests. We welcome more than 80 Bonvoy Gold elites (and above) each day and take great pride in welcoming them and recognizing them . With the resort running close to 92% every day of the year and our premium rooms including suites being full 95% of the time, it is not always possible to upgrade every elite guests. However we do our best and very often try to provide upgrades at least for a part of the stay. All other Bonvoy Benefits are also applied and offered. Late check-out is also based on availability and with the resort being extremely busy, we can't always provide free late check-outs. We also implemented a "Alternative Upgrade" for Platinum Elite members (and above) when a upgrade is not available. This is not even part of the Bonvoy Program but a resort initiative to recognize our elite guests. We do also offer welcome drinks vouchers on arrival for our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador guests and welcome drinks for all our elite guests. Again, not part of Bonvoy Program but a resort initiative to recognize our elite guests. We organize weekly resort activities as well specifically for Bonvoy Elites and to other guests as well to attract new members. I am always on the floor, walking around, serving guests at breakfast and try to meet all our Elite guests at check-in. I am sorry if i could not meet you. You have my contact details below and I would be more than happy to hear about you. Feel free to contact me to discuss about your stay. Best Regards, Benoit Mouclier Resort Manager benoit.mouclier@fourpoints.com

This is the worst hotel among all the hotels I have stayed in Phuket! Firstly, the room is particularly small, with a tiny toilet and no room for turning around in the shower room. There is no scenery outside the window. The hotel is claimed to be located by the seaside, but it is actually separated by a road and does not have its own private beach, so the sea cannot be seen from the room. The sound insulation in the room is very poor, and the sound in the hallway and next door can be heard clearly. The shower water is completely unstable, sometimes scalding to death, sometimes freezing to death. The slippers are thin layers of paper. After wearing them for half a day, they were fuzzed up and slippery on the ground. There are too many rooms in this hotel, and too many guests. All the places inside hotel are crowded, which looks messy. You will have NO mood for vacation. Finally, when it comes to breakfast, I don't understand why some people say it is good. The breakfast seems to have many varieties, but in fact, they are not delicious at all. The dinner buffet, which is priced over 300 RMB, but the actual level is far lower than the 200 RMB buffet at the Phuket Holiday Inn Resort Hotel. The service is also poor, requiring a mandatory check-out at 12 o'clock, and even applying for an hour late check-out is absolutely unacceptable. In this location, environment, and service, the hotel cannot reach the standard of a three-star hotel.
Do not stay in this hotel.

Dear lilyhA4658JL thank you for sharing your impressions from your stay with us. I understand how important a relaxing holiday is. Currently it is high season in Phuket and is busy with families and vacationers. The resort is located opposite Patong Beach, only 25 steps from the resort to the beach. There is no resorts in Phuket that have private beaches, all beaches are public and are accessible by all. We have larger rooms including suites, rooms with balconies, ocean view rooms and pool access rooms, all are available on the Marriott Bonvoy app or on our website. As a Bonvoy Elite member we provide all the benefits of the program, however upgrades, early check-ins and late check outs are subject to availability and occupancy levels. For late check outs during peak season, we agreed to all requests then the new arrival guests would have delays in getting their rooms. Our breakfast is a full international buffet that rotates daily. Our culinary team work tirelessly to cater to all varying tastes globally. I have personally shared all your feedback concerns with the team and rest assure that we will work on constantly improving our service to our guests. It is through great feedback like yours we are able to improve the overall guest experience we offer. Liked the fact that have main pool overlooking ocean and other pools around the resort. Staff did great job in removing towels left on pool chairs and asking smokers to move to smoking area. The rooms are quite dark to allow for better sleep when blinds closed and shower had good water pressure. Our room had ordinary view at back of hotel facing paddock and most rooms do not have a balcony. The TV does not allow to watch your Netflix or other streaming apps, even the casting from phone did not work. Did not like the fact that had to walk on driveway from main road to reception as lots of cars coming and going. Was able to get 6 hours late checkout for approx 50% of nightly room price. Staff at reception where very good in assisting and understood and spoke English well.

My wife and 2 kids are currently staying at this hotel till 18th november. We checked in on 13th november in 2 bedroom suite. No wonder the rokms and the facilities are top notch. But while staying we have had not so good exoerience. Today we and our kids went out for swimming around 11am..we came back by 3pm and saw that our room is being cleaned so we left again, so that the helper can finish room cleaning. My wife came back by 4pm and the room was only half cleaned and the cleaner had gone. So she informed the reception of the same and they sent someone post an hour to finish cleaning our room and refill the toiletries and vanity.
After an hour we received a letter , saying we have been fined 5000 baht due to strong smell of smoke in the room due to cigarette smoking. We are still in shock as we staying with our kids in the same room, and would not even think about smoking in the same room.
The hotel.has provided no proof, or saying due to extra cleaning services the amount has been charged. Just mentioned the strong smell for the penalty of 5000 baht. I have get to go to the reception and fight about the same with the manager , but i know the result of it is going to be. This is highly unprofessional behaviour froma reputed hotel cgain marriot bonvoy.
Families complaining about cleaning staff, please be careful.

Travelled with wife and 4 year old kid. The hotel is beach facing and you just have to cross the road to access the beach. Hotel is tidy, clean, pool is good (also it has an infinity pool), play area for kids and good spread of buffet dinner and breakfast. The in room dining option is also quite affordable and tasty. Laundry is also priced reasonably (You will definitely need it due to humid weather). Rooms are also upto the mark. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The only issue that we faced was during check in the rooms weren't ready and considering we were travelling with a kid on a long flight it becomes restless scenarios to wait. Also, our checkout was early morning and so was for many others and the bell boys were overwhelmed so we had to bring our own luggage (which can be an big deal as hotel is huge in area and if your room is far then its a task)

We spent a week in February at the Four Points - overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only separated from Patong Beach by a road that is very busy from midday onwards. Our room with a balcony was big enough, very clean and in very good (as good as new) condition. Unfortunately we could have done without the balcony as it faced south and the view was limited to the hotel opposite. Unfortunately the balcony door did not close completely, so we had to listen to the rather loud air conditioning and the live music from the neighboring hotel in the evenings. The complex is U-shaped, inside you don't notice the noisy surroundings and the busy road. The entire complex is clean and in very good condition. The food (in our case half board) was very good. We had breakfast every day in the Chao Leh Restaurant - despite the huge crowds (Chinese New Year), the staff were very friendly, courteous and in a good mood. The breakfast buffet was very varied, from Asian dishes to European and Arabic cuisine as well as various desserts. It is important to know that the half board we booked is usually a la carte food, either we overlooked this when booking or we simply assumed it was a buffet. We find this information particularly important for families with small children, as the little ones usually don't want to sit still for long. Twice a week there was a buffet on offer (similarly high quality and plentiful as at breakfast). The live cooking stations here are worth mentioning, including a grill on which Wagyu and lobster were even prepared (!). The food was also very good on the a la carte evenings. However, there were always misunderstandings about the components that were included in our booked package (we were given vouchers at check-in that mentioned a 3-course dinner, but we were only allowed to choose a combination of two: starter, main course and dessert). However, this changed more or less every evening when we asked again what we could order without paying extra. In this context, we also thought it was a shame that there was no kids' menu included in the half board for dinner. The Sears & Co, which we used twice, also served very good food - although you sit outside very close to the street (noise).
Our stay was rounded off by the staff, who were always very friendly, hard-working and helpful. They even "took" our 20-month-old son from us during dinner so that we could put together our food at the buffet together in peace. In general, all of the staff were very loving and understanding towards our son. (At this point, many thanks again to the entire team at the Four Points).

We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks. Initially we wanted to stay only one week and change hotel but very soon we realized that four Points Sheration was the best value for the money we could get on this island.
The hotel is quite new. Almost one year old. It has been built with the state of the art technology: very efficient and silent air conditioning, very good mattras, very stable and omnipresent wifi (free), well organized parking for scooters and cars, very clean...
The breakfast itself is absolutely amazing. You have all kind of food which can please any guest from any origin. There is even Gluten free choice and soja milk. I particularly enjoyed the fresh exotic fruits.
The location is awesome because you are 15 min walk from the busy center of Patong but yet in a calm location in front of the beach. The beach is located across the road just 20 meters away and the security guard of the hotel will help you to cross the road safely.
There are several swimming pool in this hotel and the one near the breakfast room has a pool bar. I enjoyed the Deck with its infinity pool and sea view. Evening you have a DJ with great music. Their cocktails and drinks are very affordable, specially during happy hour (buy one get one free).
I recommend also the restaurant of the hotel where you can have a delicious 'street food' for around 300 bats (almost 10$).
The hotel has different rooms, some with balconies and some with sea view. If you want the sea view, most probably you should take into account that your balcony would also be facing the main road. However when the doors and windows are closed you won't hear anything because the rooms are very soundproof.
The staff is always nice and welcoming and they give you the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. If you want to rent a scooter do not hesitate to ask Mango the concierge. He was very helpful and I could rent safely a scooter for 10 days through him.
In conclusion 4 points Sheraton Phuket remains in my memory as one of the best hotel experiences I ever had and would highly recommend.

Rooms are spread out across a large area. There are three pools and the beach. There’s a golf buggy service to get around the resort The resort is remote and I didn’t see bus stops. However the hotel runs daily free shuttle to Phuket town and Patong.
My family with kids took 2 pool access rooms. The way the hotel is designed, there are limitations: It's in an inverted U with pool access rooms on the inside of the U and the restaurant at the bottom of the U. There is a walkway to the restaurant on one side a some cabanas on the other. Thus,I don't think the avoidance of noise and cherishing one's privacy are on the record. Thus, rooms on either side is a toss.
Rooms lining the outside of the U look into neighbouring properties and not to my liking.
On balance the location, breakfast, the front office staff makes up for it.
There are more places to choose from in the Patong area.
