Sorry that you had a hard bed. We have been replacing the hard mattresses on a continuing basis. As for the rude pommies, I'm afraid there is not a lot we can do as hotels have to accept the bookings that online travel agents send....More

If you are not Australia or Thai, don't bother staying here. The hotel is ideally placed, Is clean with friendly staff. Bar prices and food ok. Guest s mainly Australian and surprisingly ignorant, Wil change tv to suit themself. They seem to be regular visitors...More

Stayed for 3 nights,situated in a great spot,far enough away to enjoy your sleep yet close to the nightlife.Big rap to all the staff who were always happy to help and seem like one big family,will definately be back.

As far as I could tell everyone one is welcome, I base this on the fact that several guest had "ladyboy" friends visit and there was no different treatment to these guest
