Came here for 16 nights in February with my 2 sons age 10&12 ,, from reception staff to maids to waiters to chefs all great , My son was really sick for 4 days and the staff were so good , it's a little quiet the hotel , I hope to return one day ,

i stayed at this hotel with my children, we were hounded every day by the bar staff and reception man. i would never go there again, they lie and are not trustworthy at all they were very forceful i was very uncomfortable Chefs were very nice and the waiters were lovely and the housekeeper was lovely always smiling. This is a great place to stay when you are in Hammamet. The beds are good, breakfast is fine and the staff is friendly and helpful. Hammamet in general is a beautiful place to stay in Tunisia. Perfect!

Rooms quite average but clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Good food. Active and friendly animators. Relaxing music. Beautiful garden. I recommend this hotel for people who want take rest in the tranquill surroundings.

The first day was bad. Room was not ready and I had arrived after a 12 hour flight. It took around 40 minutes for the room to be cleaned and readied whilst I waited in the lobby. TV socket was not working and had to be fixed which took another 10 minutes or so. Other than that the hotel staff...

This resort was only lacking its own private beach, otherwise it has two great pools and so much aminities within, decent food and drink, it is ok for families, you will have to walk 10 mins to the beach and take a 10 mins taxi to go dining or shopping
