The room was rather small, with a tiny balcony. The bathroom was ok and clean. There was a swimmingpool outside, with cold water, but the pool looked nice. The food was average. There was a lot of choice, but the quality of the desserts was poor. Behind the hotel, you directly could walk to the beach, but that was a...

Thank goodness we only stayed the one night. The room stunk of damp with mold growing on the walls. The place needs closing down. The food I wouldn't give to a dog... It wasn't fresh. In fact some of the rice dishes smelt like it was going off.... I went there as part of the RSD trips. They need to...

I have had a better experience in down town old Cairo! Warning bells began in the corridor and stairwell which was filthy and stank of stale food and sweat, complimented by mouldy and peeling wallpaper. The room was even worse! Sticky, filthy carpet you would not put your feet on. The bathroom was stomach churning, I shall say no more...

This hotel was part of a holiday package supplied by RSD Ltd and advertised as a 3 to 5 star hotel. I rated it as a -1 star UK standard. We had stayed in two other hotels on our tour also provided by RSD Ltd again supposed to be 5 star some of the amenities were good say up to...

Luckily we had only one night at the Ring Hotel. The rooms were dirty, the bath tub looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months, and the room smelled of mold. The food did not look particularly fresh, and tasted at best average. Drinks, tea and coffee were overpriced. Not a pleasant place to stay.

This is the first hotel on our cultural trip to the Lycian Coast. On the coach the guide described it as 5 star but in reality it was just about 3 star. Poor reception area and basic facilities. The food was edible but poor choice and drinks expensive. We took a stroll across the street and called in at a...

We arrived here for our first night of a week's trip to Turkey with RSD. First impressions were already poor - the entrance hall smelled of drains. Then the small lifts were not enough to transport guests to the floors above. Breakfast was regimental: long tables with little space between them, sparse choice of food and awful coffee. The holiday...

Stayed here during an "Akdeniz" tour. Rooms are ok and clean but positives stop there. No wifi in rooms, no bar or recreational area at all in the hotel, no balconies in rooms. The staff are apathetic and the location of the hotel is either on a busy street on one side or facing a residential complex on the other....

The hotel is built between buildings along a busy street. Lack of space at the hotel to safely get off the bus or car. Coach, when taking tourists from the hotel, blocking traffic on a single lane. Loading luggage into the bus just by the entrance of the busy street. Getting on the bus from the side of the pavement...
