The reception was very nice on the day we arrived. They helped us about our parking problem of our rental car. This is a huge deal considering the location: Kaleici is literally the inside of the old castle of the city where you can barely maneuver the car. Their location was perfect for us! Daytime reception manager was unbelievably rude. Bathrooms by the pool filthy! Room was smaller than advertised. Shower leaked all over the floor Nightly 4:30 am alarm malfunctions Lock and key system extreme Fire hazard. Overpriced and misadvertised. The old head outworn ideologic approach of hotel management is trying to limiting people private life and free will decisions. Management rules applying moral police regulations strictly without considering customers life private decisions. You can feel guilty regarding management of the hotel when you simply attempt to do leave your luggage your friends room by yourself. They are not hestiating...

Very nice, clean and friendly Hotel in the middle of downtown Kaleici. Only stayed one night but enjoyed it. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms! Good breakfast. Fair price for good quality and service :-)

Room service and Breakfast are good like any other good hotel but rooms are very very small. with 2 bags you can not move a step in the room. Beds are also bad. Double bed is made up of joining to single beds. they even charge 1 TL :). Only positive is the location of the Hotel.

Reception: Never smile I've asked for baby crib they gave broken one I can't use. I asked for water boiler to make food for my 2 years daughter they don't have. I asked for power adapter to charge my phones first they said they don't have and when I said I'll checkout tomorrow, they brought one. Safe was broken I...
