This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely come back. It is a delightful small family run hotel with a very warm friendly and relaxing atmosphere, and conveniently situated in a quiet central location just 2 minutes walk into the very picturesque town and all amenities. Whilst the rooms are quite small with balconies, they are...

Absolutely perfect! One of the most relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. Lovely staff and gorgeous pool. Location only 5 min walk into the hub of things but peaceful back at the hotel. A hidden little oasis. Cant wait to return.

My first time in Kalkan and i was lucky enough to stay at the hotel Asiyan for the week. Staff were excellent and really nothing was too much trouble. Rooms and pool very clean, sunbeds very comfortable and staff were very attentive from breakfast time until very late in the evening... they even opened the bar up on arrival which...

Great family run hotel with personalised friendly service. We spent 2 nights here. We enjoyed spending time relaxing at the pool under umbrella - Nice pool bar too. Would highly recommend, reasonably priced too.

I've lost count how many times we have been lucky enough to stay at Asiyan - it really is like staying with family and everyone who works there makes an effort to make it feel like that for all the guests - which is probably why so many of us come back year after year. As always, everywhere in the...

It was the first time for my sister and she was blown away by the relaxing nature of the hotel and the friendly nature of all the staff. The hotel is always well managed and the owners always welcoming. It really is a home from home...

Fabulous small & friendly hotel, feels like staying will friends in a large villa ! Perfect location short stroll to the lovely town . Beautiful pool & grounds with stunning views. Very minor down points, rooms are small, bathrooms tiny, breakfast very basic. But despite this I can't wait to go back. The owners are just so gentle and warm,...

We stayed for 5 nights in this friendly and beautiful hotel. We booked directly with the hotel by email, there's nothing much trouble from the booking until we left. Our room was a little bit small but the hotel was very clean to every single point and has a relaxing atmosphere with especially its pool & garden and friendly staff...

We had a great stay at the lovely Aşiyan. The room we've stayed in was cozy, bright and clean, with good air conditioning. Everbody was very polite in this family run hotel. The breakfast was nice, they also had a lunch menu and the prices were reasonable. But most impotantly for us, the pool was very big and the surrounding...

My wife and I booked this, based on all the positive reviews. Having driven from Dalaman - a very straight forward experience of 90 minutes - we found the gorgeous sight of Kalkan and the Asiyan. It felt immediately very tranquil. It more than matched its description. The management and staff - Tuna and Amir - greeted us warmly and...
