Clean sheets and towels, and hot water are the basics for a pansion. But this one has so much more! Fabulous roof terrace, very good food, excellent breakfast and superb service. The owner picked us up on the street on a scooter with his little dog. Glad we followed him because this place is hard to find. Highly recommended.

We made reservations 2 months in advance and all we heard when we arrived to Pension were "no rooms for you". They gave the room booked by us to another couple and they didn't even feel bad about it. They made us stay in a very bad and small pension until the room we were supposed to stay became available...

I stayed here for 6 nights. What kept me here is the amazing view from the common/breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, beds comfy, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Location is great a short walk from bus station and city centre. Loved the chilled out couch area, great place to meet other travellers. Would stay here again and again!

We stayed here for two nights and loved it! We were in the four man dorm on the top floor, the beds were comfy even if the room was slightly small and we had a slight issue with the lock. We had the bathroom next door pretty much to ourself which was handy. The communal area was incredibly chilled with...

We had a great 3 nights stays, amazing breakfast buffet with the view of the sea on the rooftop. The room was fine, a/c working well. The staff doesn't speak English very well so we had to ask questions to the owner, when he around. He was very helpful, we took scuba diving for the day for free, had infos...

Kas is my favorite seaside town in Turkey, and I always go there in summer for some years now. I have stayed in various hotels and pensions in Kas, and finally I discovered Ates Pension 5 years ago. Since then, we always go there with my friends. There are several things special about Ates Pension. First, it has an extremely...

first of all when you climb to the ates pansion's roof (it's a tough, stairway flavoured journey from center) you'll realize it has a great view of sea and kas, then you'll check-in to your rooms and realize how small your room is and how you need a wardrobe cause in rooms there is nothing except air conditioner. breakfast is...
