I need to start by saying that I don't recognise the hotel described by the previous two reviewers as the same place that we stayed at the beginning of July - we had a fabulous holiday! Yes, the rooms are basic but, for the price that we paid, we didn't expect anything else. They were cleaned every day, towels and... More

Stayed in this hotel. It was a dive. Very basic but filthy. Maids only changed towels and did not clean the room. The family who own this hotel are not very nice. I witnessed other guests being shouted out and this was not very professional on the hotels part. All i can say is the family are bullies.I have never... More

Where can I start...we arrived at this hotel looking forward to our holiday. We went with an open mind as we did realise this was a 'two star' hotel. Well.....minus two is what it should be! My husband and I travelled with my 13 year old son. We were greeted by the eldest brother who said 'welcome to hell'..... he... More

I have read all the reviews about this hotel the so called "little gem" so imagine my surprise when I arrived at this hotel to find that it is situated in the middle of a Turkish housing estate. In every direction you face blocks of flats where Turkish people live, eating, hanging out washing. There are bikes, vans, trucks, tractors... More

Excellent family run hotel, run by 3 brothers. They make you very welcome and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day, clean towels every day, beds changed every couple of days. Lovely clean pool and the hotel has very easy access to everywhere. We would certainly go there again :-) The only downside is the local... More

Don't expect great facilities- this is a simple pension hotel, but family run, clean & the friendliest I think we've ever stayed at! The Fortin family were all such great characters and so friendly, we loved it and will definitely return if we get the chance. Great location too, tucked down a side street but only a few minutes walk... More

I highly recommend this hotel. I have never stayed in a place that makes people feel so welcome - not just the hotel staff but also the other guests too. The Fortin family work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them - they work such long hours but are always smiling! The hotel rooms could do with... More

This proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in Kusadasi! We were greeted on our arrival by Ackman (one of the brothers) who made us feel welcome. We hadnt eaten on the plane and had had a 50 minute coach ride from the airport and as Tracey mentioned, preparing food at gone midnight was no problem. We chose... More
