Awful place staff disgraceful insulting me on multiple occasions. Basic accom which is what you pay for but the staff ruined it for me with their horrible behaviour. Kusadasi itself is lovely and has some wonderful people shame that some let it down

Just posting an update, passed here this week and work is on going. Looks like it is now turkish owned, major renovations on going. We've stayed here 2 times when it was melissa and to be honest we cannot say anything bad, it was what u paid for, clean, comfortable and good location. If it was still open we'd still...

We visited the Melissa a couple of times then couldn't find a travel rep that did the package from Belfast to there so sadly haven't been back. But if your lucky enough to be able to get a booking there take it, it's so clean and well run. The staff work hard and have professional relationships with guests. It's a...

This was my second time staying here and this time it was even better! The staff here make you feel completely comfortable and you end up forming long lasting friendships with all of them. I honestly could not recommend a better place to stay.

The hotel had entertainment on most nights,it was okay but nothing to be writing home about. The food at the hotel was good, but there is nicer down in the city. The Hotel its self is very basic...

Brilliant stay. All the staff are very friendly and polite. It was my first time to Kusadasi and I loved every minute of it. The food at the hotel is excellent and we did not have one bad meal. In comparison with going to town it is around the same price. Rooms are basic but serviced every day and fresh...
