We stayed here for one night (thankfully) and the experience was unfortunately very poor. - Upon arrival I noticed a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in this very old building. - The room was quite dirty. A thick layer of grey dust even covered the toilet paper roll, which made me question how long it had been since the...

Just left manager Erkan very helpful. Very old tired and neglected hotel. Could be special if owner spent a little money. Dirty and dusty reception desk. Wrote Hello in dust two days later cleaned up. Old furniture air con on off nothing in bedroom I bought small electric fan. We needed it as very hot. Pool well. Good size but...

Mixed review here. The rooms are very large and the location is central. The interior is a bit dated/dingy but that is easily forgiven at the price and size. Air conditioning included and a pool in the back of the complex. The main host Ercan is great - very friendly and helpful. However, when he is not there do not...

I have been to Kusadasi many times but never noticed the Akdeniz hidden behind the trees in the very centre of town. Aside from the never-ending noise of scooters the hotel, although beside Bar street, is quiet in May. It does not have full hotel services but is run by a small team of friendly people and a spaniel, led...

This is one of the oldest hotels in Kusadasi. Ideal for being in the centre of all the entertainment Kusadasi has to offer. Rooms at the front are noisy due to "Bar Street" being literally a stones throw away however if you are a party animal then this will be of no concern too you! Great bar/restaurant terrace to sit...

The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The rooms are a clean and large but a bit old. The hotel is located at the top of the pedestrian street. It has two large outside terraces for great people watching. The staff is very knowledgeable and can set up anything you wish to do. Since this...

It's such a shame that a hotel in such a good location is in such a state. The room we were given is on the top floor. The room was old, dusty and the bed even had hair on it. The bed linen was torn and dirty. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. INSTEAD,...

I stayed at the akdeniz in Dec 2010 for 2 nights at the very reasonable price of 50 Euro for the 2 nights. The hotel is situated in Centrum beside the side entrance of Jimmys Bar on Bar street. So very handy if you are planning bar street for your night time entertainment. The rooms are basic with a Tv,...
