For her first time in a long time we decided to go on a family vacation in Turkey, and we were left disappointed.. here is why: 1- hotel (rooms, tables, restaurant, pool, garden..) not clean at all 2- things/equipment broken or falling apart 3- staff was polite, however lacked proactivity, can-do attitude and willingness to give best customer experience possible...

firstly it has not a nice location, the service reception called us several times just to know if we are arriving or not when the arrival time was specified in the booking, (they looked nervous). Regarding the room, it was freezing, probably the coolest place in turkey that night. the heating system in the building was not working, we start...

I booked a suite and when we arrive they give me a standard room. I told them and they don't have a suite because it wasn't available. Nobody say sorry or give us a discount or some detail. The room and the installations are very dirty, there was a cradle in the middle of a very small room and I...

We had four pleasurable days at the Olive Odore Palace. Very clean excellent rooms. As we were three people, we had the suit with spectacular view. Small bathroom, well-furnished room. The hotel next to the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Nice to have dinner overlooking the sea. Very pleasant music gives a nice atmosphere. The owner is...

Stayed 2 nights here in April as we were attending the Gallipoli celebrations. The outlook of the property is lovely and the rooms want to be great but it is in need of renovating. The beds were very hard and the shower tended to wet the rest of the bathroom. The staff did help with luggage which was great but...

Service at front desk could do with some improvement, though kitchen and wait staff were helpful with dietary requirements. Stayed for 2 nights but arrived late and left early, so did not get to soak in the atmosphere... nice grounds, environment around hotel looked quite pretty, or at least what we saw of it. Hotel is 1 1/2 - 2...

We were a bit concerned when we pulled up in front, no access for the vehicle, so it required dragging our luggage down the dirt roadway. On arrival at reception, it was much better, although there is no elevator, so again, dragging the luggage upstairs Not appropriate for the disabled. Rooms are very tiny, but they do have a small...

I wish we had arrived earlier to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. This is definitely a great place to stay. Incredible value for money and a much nicer place than busy Canakkale. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff were ok (lacking in enthusiasm) but the view and facilities such as the pool and gym...

We stayed in this hotel in three rooms for one night only- we were three families. The location is excellent, right next to the waters. The entire property is in an area which is witnessing quite a bit of construction activity, but this place is very quiet. The rooms are adequately sized, not very spacious, but not very tight either....

“The rooms on the ground floor open into the courtyard while the ones on the first floor have a small balcony, to experience the quiet and peace of the aerly morning air, you should consider the rooms on the ground floor. It takes a bit of a walk to reach the rooms on the first floor, especially the ones which are located above the dining area.”

“Located at the main road it was easy to find - still, the hotel was withdrawn from the road and quite. There are ground floor rooms with double doors to the garden, connecting to the sea and the restaurant. Family rooms have fire places. Sea-view bar with fireplace. COSY and FRIENDLY!”
