We stayed at the Avraysa hotel for 2 nights with our group while touring through Turkey. The hotel is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens and a beautiful outdoor pool area and restaurant. While the reception area, the grounds and the main restaurant were relatively impressive, our room was a little dated in comparison, although adequate. Amenities included a fairly large...

Our second stop for 3 nights in a package trip to Antalya and Cappadocia. Main challenge in this hotel was the food. Same food, same taste every day. Luckily for us after 10 minutes walk, there were 2 large supermarkets. Outside pool was almost frozen. Service in the Lobby bar was not that satisfactory. There is a list of cocktails...

From outside, the hotel looks old. The room is big but everything looks old. Some wallpaper needs to be replaced. The breakfast and dinner are almost the same. In surrounding area, there is nothing to see. But to Goreme open air museum, Kaymakli underground city and hot air baloon take off place is about 15-30 minutes by car, so the...

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel during our tour with Trafalgar Tours. It was one of the plainest hotels we stayed at, although it was adequate for our needs. I guess that we were spoiled by the two nicer hotels we stayed at prior to arriving in Avanos. At the very least, this hotel needs a re-paint...

Large bedroom with 2 singles pushed together to make a double with individual covers. Bathroom was small but adequate. Out of Cappadocia town so need transport. There is a small market within walking distance. Restaurant was buffet style for breakfast & dinner with wide range of food. Outdoor inground pool with tables & chairs to relax with a drink. Also...

As far as country hotels go in Turkey and in a particular price range...this hotel was a lot better than some. Food was quite a good selection, room was spacious, opened bedroom window to let some air flow through. A lot of Turkish hotels centrally control the air conditioning, so it may be warm and stuffy at times. Communicating with...

The hotel was booked by a tour company and while I am sure there are better options in Cappadocia this was not bad. the pros being - good location- you can take a walk around, shop for ceramics, the rooms neat, buffet spread is good. The cons being it can be noisy and the bathrooms too small.

Here on a coach tour with rsd travel. Our room is lovely as we have been given free upgrade to suite though standard room also appear good. Food is slightly sub standard however. Particularly breakfast which includes leftovers from previous evening meal and only coffee and some squash to drink. Not advisable without transport as area a bit bleak. Couple...

The hotel was set in a rustic location and the rooms reflected it. The room was just enough in size for tourists though dimly lit with frayed carpeting. The location was good for a walk at night to unwind but one would have to be careful to remember the route and carry a flashlight to find their way back. The...
