The staff were excellent, in special the receptionist Meltem, she was very helpful in all the things than i needed. She is the best person in the hotel, if you go looking for her. The room is clean and enough space. The bathroom is good but I don't liked the plastic cortine but isn't a problem to have a shower...

Our room 223 was located up two flights of stairs. Minimally furnished, clean, neat, with a window overlooking the street and hills in the mid-distance, it featured good bedding and a fully functioning bathroom. However, it was stuffy initially as the heaters were on - but not for long! No room safe again, a common shortcoming of many hotels we...

The staff here were exceptional and really made our stay in Cappadocia! The hotel is a boutique family run and operated business. Rooms were spacious, spotless, light and airy and everything functioned perfectly. Breakfasts too, were freshly prepared; traditional borek and dips, or those catering for the western palate. The proprietor made a special trip to get gin and raki...

Our room was rather small and spartan: no table or.chairs, although there was a concrete storage ledge on one wall. Luggage had to be opened on the bed or the floor. We requested and received a small table, though we were informed none of the rooms comes thus furnished. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, but the...

Very nice staff, we do not understand Turkish, they helped to book everything, They even drive us to Open Air Museum and trail head several times for free. The room is very clean, and good size. it is at the downtown, close to everything, but very quite. The bed is comfortable. breakfast is delicious.

This small hotel has a family atmosphere with preofessional service. Our room was a nice size, clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to the main shopping and eating strip, but far enough away to avoid the noise! The common area near the checkin had several small sitting areas allowing guests to have quick chat before heading off.

I have chosen this hotel bacause of the reviews about Filiz, the manager. Everything you can read here about her service is true!! She found a balloonflight place and so good price for us!! All the companies were full. She also made our tours and they were excellent. We enjoyed flat and easy way from the main street. The room was...

It's 18 yrs since I was last here (pre trip adviser!) and it's still a great choice. Firstly it's a superb location with a very easy (flat) 5 minute walk to goreme bus station, restaurants, travel agents & shops. It's also a scenic 30 mins ish walk to the goreme open air museum and 15/20 mins to the goreme sunset...

As 2 couples, we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. When we showed up, we were told that our rooms were upgraded to suites, which was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. What's really exceptional about the Heybe is the service Filiz provided, I cannot remember any hotel employee or owner that was more accommodating...

Right from the start up to our departure the staff has been very kind and helpful. They offered to drive us wherever we wanted to go in the area, pointed us to good treks and attractions. They made reservations for us, and were very accomodating. Breakfast was very good and diversified, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool is...
