It's a very nice hotel, big cave, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast but they can fix some small details, that make a big difference; one for example is that the pool was empty and the weather was really hot, and just by putting a sign saying that the pool is out of service will be nice, we stayed for 3 days...

The hotel grounds were beautiful, especially at night! The beds are comfortable and they have some of the softest sheets I've ever felt! The caves stay very cool during the hot summer months and the pool is very refreshing! Nice, clean bathrooms and huge showers! The staff were so nice and accommodating. Suleyman was a lifesaver! He assisted us booking...

Goreme has tons of hotels but shoestring is the best overall. The price is good and the experience fantastic. We had a hotel room in the cave and it was awesome. The bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No downsides!

They communicated with us quickly and efficiently with some questions and advice we needed before our arrival, booked balloon rides and organised airport pick up. My friends daughter...

The Shoestring Hostel was a good spot. We were instructed prior to arrival to ask the information desk near the bus stop to give them a call once we arrived so that we could be escorted to the property. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were "busy." Our solo hunt for the hostel proved a little bit difficult, but we made...
