Esbelli Evi does not really need my review--it's every bit as good as the other reviewers have said. We stayed there in mid-March; the hotel had just re-opened after the winter and we were almost the first guests of the year, so we had the place to ourselves. It is a charming jumble of caves and vaulted rooms and terraces...

This hotel and the staff are all amazing. The hotel itself is a unique - absolutely wonderful. The staff (eg Murat and our guide Kadir) couldn't have been more helpful. Our stay was a major highlight of our trip to Turkey. And don't miss an early morning hot air balloon flight.

This hotel was totally amazing. We had a suite with a small kitchenette and it was so precious. The bathroom was huge and the shower was very efficient. It actually snowed while we were there and made for a very cozy feel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but Mr Suha and his staff made our stay absolutely magical. Very friendly and really genuine service. The suggestions on places to see (even down to the hand drawn, colour-coded - and very accurate -- map!), things to do and where to eat were all fantastic. We had a birthday celebration during our visit, and...

Suha, the owner, and his staff are phenominal. My husband and I planned a visit last minute and they were extremely helpful ensuring everything was top notch. We were able to stay in 2 different suites (HIGHLY recommend staying in a suite over a smaller room - even if its just for 2). They are all nicely appointed and so...

This is one of the best and most unique hotels in the world. Absolutely stay here. We stayed in the Volcano Suite, which was amazing. The staff is great. We showed up on our first day hoping to do some sightseeing but not really knowing how to go about it, and the hotel staff planned our entire day for us...
