No negative remarks at all concerning this hotel! Nice and service-minded staff and good overall standard! Furthermore I was very positively surprised by the little picturesque village Ortahisar, which is very near Göreme open-air museum.

This is a beautifully built hotel at a good location. Not really a cave hotel, but rooms are cave-like. Rooms are clean, spacious enough. Stuff were very friendly, even though not all of them understands or speaks English.

We stayed her for 2 nights as part of our Turkey tour. The rooms were small but were in keeping with the "caves" of Cappadocia. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the hotel wasn't too busy, we were given a late check-out for which we were very thankful. Due to the cave-like nature of...

We stayed at the Burcu Kaya Hotel for two nights as part of a small group tour of Turkey. Our room was comfortable and cosy and the cave like design made an interesting change from the normal hotel room. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a good variety to choose from. The main negatives were a lack...

The design is interesting. Stone walls and soothing lighting. The food is pretty good too. Kebab dinner with flavourful dishes. However, there isn't wi-fi in the rooms, the maintenance service is not very competent and the book one of my friends into a room already occupied! When he opened the door, there was another person in there!! Anyway, it's not...

The room I've got was tiny and untidy. The bathroom is like an old type. The light bulbs are limited and hardly see inside the dresser. Not comfortable to stay in. There is no wi-fi inside the room. However, the food is okay.
