I shared a room with 2 other gentlemen and gotten the room that goes one level below ground (like a hidden room). The design of our room is unique and the heater is embedded under the tiles to make...

If you want to have a comfortable and cozy homelike place in Urgup, Assiana Cave Hotel is the right address. We planned a 4 day vacation in Cappadocia and it felt like a family visit thanks to the friendliness of Mevlut and Suna. The breakfast included fresh homemade pastries by Suna and seasonal fresh fruit. Our room was tidied up...

A little bit outside of the city, samll cave hotelk enjoying a great view (the breakfast on the terrace is really an enchantment). Very kind and welcoming staff. The rooms have lots of character, they are big with separate lounge and bathroom, you can also sit outside of the room. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The stove burns coal, you...

On the outskirts of town, up a lane, steep hill not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. But well worth it. Lovely small hotel, really helpful hosts. Ground floor rooms are 'cave rooms, very characterful, but the upper 'rock' rooms are probably even better.

With lovely helpful hosts, this small hotel on the outskirts of the town is full of character - part cave rooms, part stone. It's not really suitable for those with mobility problems - a hilly walk down to town and steps to the terrace and stone rooms. But it is really worth the effort. Excellent views, of this extraordinary landscape.

OMG! This hotel is superb! Mevlut and Sunar, the owners, were so hospitable and made our stay so easy, the nicest people ever. Also the housekeeper was lovely, always greeting us with a wave and a smile. The room was cleaned and bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One night...

The kindness and desire to please their guests make the hosts of this cave hotel the best we have ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do their best to make their guests happy. Staying a cave room is an experience in itself. Our room was traditionally furnished but had all the modern amenities that we...

A friend and I just spent 3 nights at Assiana while exploring Cappadoccia. The hotel is wonderfully situated, with very nice decor. Very clean and welcoming. The owners and staff are all very kind. After one night in a standard room, they moved us to the cave room without us requesting a move of any kind. The first room was...

My friend and I just stayed at Assiana and had a really lovely three nights. A great location and setting with a delightful view from the flower-adorned main terrace. The hospitality was the best of my seven weeks of travel. This is also a perfect jumping off point for day trips around Cappadocia.
