We stayed for one night during an organised tour and it was ok. It woukdnt be a hotel I'd normally stay in by choice but it was very close to the base of pamukkale and was clean. We ate dinner and breakfast there and bith were good with lots of choice and reasonable quality. No hot water in the morning...

Admittedly my room had probably been fashionable in the seventies but it was absolutely clean and quite spacious enough. The public rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished - especially the lobby/bar area - and whilst there was no evidence of an actual barman in the evening of my stay the polite gentleman on reception was happy to step in and...

I have never stayed in a worse hotel ever. The service was pathetic. The staff uninterested. The floors in the room were disgusting and filthy. The room had an awful smell and when we requested another room we were told that there were none available. The bathroom smelt like a urinal.

Admittedly this was a one night stay as we were visiting the travertines and historic site. Location looked good but that was it. Reception looked OK and somewhere there were spa facilities. Our arrival time meant we ate on arrival but the food was poor - even the typical Turkish fare was average. Breakfast the next day was average at...

Very old hotel, no attention to guest's needs, but basically - beds are ok, shower ok, dinner is better then breakfast, conditioner was just over the bed, so we turned it off and opened balcony, music from neighbor restaurants lasts till late nights. Not a choice For independent traveller for those prices they show on reception.

The large pool was welcome at the end of the long hot journey of 3 hours from the coast. The beds were comfortable. Rooms sadly in need of upgrade.Buffet food ok but nothing special. Went for a walk along to the cafe / bar next to lake at base of Pamukale. 5 minutes from hotel. Fabulous place to enjoy an evening.

I spent a night here that was included in a 2-day trip to pamukkale. I had no idea when i booked the trip that we were gonna stay in this hotel and if i would have known i might have concidered not going. When I checked-in, the staff was rude to me and tried to get me to pay an...

We stayed overnight here. The rooms are about as basic as you can get. The wiring in the rooms were risky to say the least. The air conditioning was ok though. It was tired and run down. The food was average and tasteless. It felt like a motel from the 50's.

A very big property located within walking distance to Pamukkale world heritage site. Our room had a nice view. There is a big pool. The hotel seems old and run down but inside the room it looked like the bathroom had been updated.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay during a 2 day excursion to Pamukkale and Ephesus. Glad we did not have to stay any longer. We stayed here in May 2015. Weather was warm and pleasant so did not have to try the air con nor have to use the fridge. Arrived late, straight to bed, then breaky....
