The rooms and facilities here are pretty drab. The service was pretty good but nothing to write home about. I stayed here as part of a tour. If you get a good deal on this place it might be worth it. Very close to one of the exits from the Pamukkale main site.

We came here to celebrate the New Year's Eve. Turns out this place is the worst we could have picked. Our room was not cleaned when we entered, there were urine spots on the toilet seat. We did not have bath robes or slippers, the safe and the air conditioner was broken. When we went to the reception to complain,...

Great garden. There is an indoor pool for colder nights also an outside hot pool with healing thermal waters for relaxing and a third large swimming pool for summer nights. The room was spacious and clean. The food and large restaurant was also great. There is also a nice SPA. The best part was the staff and welcoming front desk....

Room was nice and updated with a private balcony. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, no trace of previous guests. The pools were great with a variety of different temperature pools. Dinner buffet was excellent with plenty of choice, breakfast buffet was nothing special. The lobby is gorgeously decorated with plenty of seating for gatherings. If there is a con...

Visited Pammukale. Went to Cotton Castle(Thermal pool terrace) before arriving at the hotel. Booked a half board package inclusive room, breakfast and buffet dinner. Simple clean comfortable acceptable room for an overnight stay. Hotel is more ideal for 1 night stay. There's also thermal pool in the hotel. Buffet dinner consisted of mostly Turkish food and desserts. There's salad too....

This was a great hotel! I was tour-leading a group of 32 passengers on a trip through Western Turkey and we had the pleasure of spending a night at this hotel. Although the rooms and bathrooms were small, they were clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff and the bellboys were welcoming, pleasant and efficient. Food was plentiful and...

This hotel flatters to deceive! The building as one approaches looks quite impressive and the lobby continues this impression. But, we soon realised, it is a case of outward style over substance. It is a large, sprawling complex - lots of passageways, corridors and steps. When we finally reached our room, we found that the bedroom furniture and fittings were...
